The glorious castle that houses Volt is a beacon of hope for the whole village. It is naturally, nearly impenetrable walls from the terrain. It's made out of thick stone, made to withstand siege from any village. This is where the Rai Kage can be found at most times. The fortress also doubles over as the most glorious place of worship in the known worlds. Some say the gods themselves will spend time in the cathedral inside of the mansion. The GODS of the cloud village are permitted inside at any time, anyone else may ask permission to be let in (in this forum) and depending on their business, may be allowed or denied. During times of war, all are aloud inside for protection.
The current Kage may edit this in any way they chose, but it may be changed back by the mods.
