he doesnt need a meister

Well it would be weird if he had a meister anyway because he's a guillotine. I don't think anybody could carry those easily.
And if he didn't transform in to a guillotine, they'd have to swing him around while he's in his human form

Well it all depends on who ur talking about!
Out of the students it would have to be Death the Kid but then also Black Star's weapon ( I forgot her name... sad )

Then I think Justin is stong because yes he doesn't need a meister ( and he is super hot)

Then Death is strong and Stein

And for bad guys would be the main witch thing Medusa lets out
