Anami is a very happy person, usually. In times of peace, she will be one of the happiest people you have ever met. During war time, however, she can be very serious, and even looked very stressed. Although her village is small, she knows they are powerful, but she's not stupid enough to think that they can defeat one of the big five, like Konohagakure. She cares very much for her small village, and intends to help it grow and become stronger. She can act very childish and silly sometimes, but that's good. Her childish behavior helps push away all her negative thoughts about the future. She has always been anxious about the future, and as a human, she hates anxiety. She has developed a childish and silly behavior to help rid her of this anxious feeling.

Background History:
Anami was born in Takigakure into the Tatsuko clan, one of the prominent clans within the village. Her clan lived near constant rushing water. The waterfall within Takigakure to be exact. Because of this, Anami grew up with the sound of a rushing waterfall constantly in her hears. When she became a ninja, and discovered her Chakra nature was wind, she was a bit sad. Most everyone in her clan had the nature was water, just like the rest of the village, but her parents and clan were a little impressed because she was different. Now her parents were very superstitious, and because Anami was the youngest Genin in her starting academy class, Genin at 8, and Chuunin at 10, so they hired a fortune teller. Anami didn't believe in any of that, but she let her parents get a fortune teller to tell her future. The woman said Anami would become great, but only after going to through much pain and suffering. Of course Anami's parents believed the fortune teller, and sheltered Anami for a few years, but that didn't help. She would often sneak out, and hide behind the waterfall.
When she was 14, she met a boy there, and they became close, often training together when Anami would sneak out. When her parent's discovered she was sneaking out, they gave up, thinking she was old enough, and she was then free to roam the village. She started to hang out with Jin, the boy she met under the waterfall, more and more, but when she became a Jounin at 15, she lost a lot of her free time. Even then, she still spent a lot of time with him, and as they got older, they fell in love. When they were both 17, Jin, who was also a Jounin by that time, was sent out on a mission with Anami's younger sister, who was his pupil, a genin at the age of 12. They mission became a familure, and none of the team returned home. Anami and her family were crushed and her mother continued to shout, "She was right!", referring to the fortune teller from years ago. Anami was currently crushed, and in much mental pain and suffering. Anami's younger sister had been her father's little girl, the one he wanted to take care of his whole life, and he was more devastated then the rest of them.
Now, he didn't favor Anami's younger sister, that was not the case, but he had different views of his daughters. Anami was his strong and independent daughter whom he was incredibly proud of, while her younger sister was the little girl who was the princess who needed to be protected. When she was gone, he felt as if he had failed, and he was afraid he would do the same for Anami. So.. soon after that event, he committed suicide. By that, only Anami and her mother were left. Because of her father, Anami was even worse off then before, going through severe depression. Her mother also became sick that year, her mental health effecting her physical health. She was bedridden for a month or so, before passing away. With her whole family gone, Anami became determined to save anyone in her village. She had nothing to do, what with her family, and love gone, so... She put everything in her training, sometimes going to the point of exhaustion and even faint. When training, she often saw another ninja training. Another boy... His name was Kiyen and Anami could tell he was devoted to his training. They soon started to train side by side, for training alone didn't help that much.
A while later, soon after Anami's 18th birthday, when the leader of Takigakure passed, and Takigakure was recognized as a village strong enough to hold a Kage position, Anami became her villages first TakiKage. She remembered the boy she had trained with, Kiyen, and found him when she had time in the village. She asked him to be her right hand man, or bodyguard, for lack of better terms and he aggreed. She has not been the TakiKage for very long, only a few months, but she knows what she is doing and is very devoted to he village.
