for now we only have 3 captains, myself, tenkei, rock138
the guild is running in a start up mode at the moment, we will not be full out roleplaying for at least 2 weeks due to the many absences caused by summer
i ask you only to get to know eachother well, roleplay on a smaller scale than usual and try to develope your profile as much as you can
i will recruit the third and final captain shortly i will not be able to get on for at least 2 more days following today which is the 13th
so until later i thank u all for ur help support and i ask that you recruit only literate to semi literate roleplayers

attention all squad captains, just as a reminder, you are in charge of everything to do with your squads organization, play area's sparring ground and academies are fine but also consider the following in your squads
every squad captain needs:
a squad captains office, for business details, squad discussions and so on
a squad rooster, meaning a sheet of paper that tells every squad members ranking and seat number
a roleplay academy, a place where illiterate roleplayers go to become literate, the squad leader is in charge of teaching all squad members how to be literate and well off roleplayers
our guilds squad captains posts have all been filled only 2 more vice captain seats remain oepn, i urge everyone to start recruiting semi to full on literate roleplayers, and at the same time i urge you to start roleplaying and getting to know your fellow squad mates as well as you can

the doors open and a tall man walks in with his eyes covered by a black and white blind fold he is also wearing a captains coat that is riped at the end of the robe, at the neck and at the cups of his sleeves, it hides his entire body but his two zanpakutou hilts witch stick out, he walks in with his captains coat flapping with the movement of his body as he makes his way to the middle of the room and stops shifting his weight to the balls of his feet "so i heard there will be a captains meeting" he asks sensing around the room seeing if anyone is in here as his captains coat shows that he is captain of squad 5

"squads 1-5 are now activated, we will begin searching for squad 6 -7 captains once we have at least 55-60 people, new captains are to set up their squads asap, each squad needs 4 mandatory things
squad profiles area
squad missions areas
captains office
seat roster
for now that is all, find your vice captains and report to me their username asap

this weeks main focus is as follows
"all squad captains are to find at least 5 members to occupy their squad, i recommend going into towns and making friends then asking if they roleplay and inviting them to be a part of the guild, but you are free to search in your own way, just make sure they are literate"
