People disappear daily around the world, from kidnappings, murders, and more to come. It can't be helped but expected to happen worldwide as long as humans exist.

But we can't always pressume one's countrie's news about another country is accurate. The press is capable to misinturpting and releasing false information due to miscommunications (especialy when translating diferrant langauges.) or other reasons.
