None of the post requirements can be reduced, you must post fully learning them.✘The Specialized Jutsu can be learnt no matter what class you are, and do not affect how many jutsu you can learn.✘ONLY Oinin may learn the speciliazed Jutsu.✘Each Village may ONLY have 5 Oinin.✘If you are of the Oinin Rank, you MAY NOT be an AnBu member.✘ONLY Oinin may get the Rewards for Hunting Missing-Nin._______________✘Oinin Speacilized Jutsu✘Bodi Gaijo no Jutsu - Body Removal Technique [ A Ranked ]This justu is very simple in nature, once the target is dead, this completely destroys all remains of the bodies. This is to only be used once the head is removed.✘Chishiki Raijo no Jutsu - Knowledge Removal Technique [ B Ranked ]This just can be used on anybody so long as contact to the head is made, in which once it is done, it wipes knowledge selected by the user from the targets memory.
Please Note: This cannot wipe and entire memory only a selected area. I.e. That the persona ever saw you.✘Bodi Chouin no Jutsu - Body Sealing Technique [ C Ranked ]If your Target is not to be killed and has been knocked unconcious, so long as you have a scroll, you may seal their body within teh scroll to be brought back to the village, this is a way for easier transportation._______________✘Oinin Rewards✘Rank EDefeating a Rogue of E Rank does not award you anything.✘Rank DDefeating a Rogue of D Rank does not award you anything.✘Rank CDefeating a Rogue of C Rank awards you with 5 B Ranked or below jutsu of your choosing. (As long as it follows under your element or style and this does not effect how many jutsu you can learn because of your class, this can only be earned three Times.)✘Rank BDefeating a Rogue of B Rank awards you with the skill, Koushou Eremento Hantai (High Elemental Resistance), a passive skill that boosts your elemental resistance of one element of your choice by 1 Rank. (This can only be earned twice. I.e. First time you choose Wind resistance, second time you choose Lightning resistance.)
E.g. Chidori (A Ranked) hits you, it is now ranked B Rank power against you.✘Rank ADefeating a Rogue of A Rank awards you with another FIVE jutsu of A Ranked or below of your choosing. (As long as it follows under your element or style and Reagrdless of your Jutsu Limit.)✘Rank SDefeating a Rogue of S Rank awards you with an auto rank up. (If a rank up is possible.) ✘Rank SIf Rank up is not possible, then you may auto learn 5 S Ranked Techniques. (As long as it follows under your element or style and this does not effect how many jutsu you can learn because of your class, this can only be earned three Times.)

_______________✘Rogue DescriptionMissing-nin (抜け忍, nukenin; English TV "Rogue Ninja") are ninja who left their village without the intention of returning, often because they have committed criminal acts or to pursue other personal gains. The ninja village that they are from will often try to track them down and eliminate them, to which Villages use their special hunter-nin task-force whose only objective is killing traitorous ninja. The ninja organization Akatsuki is composed mostly of S+ class missing-nin, except for Nagato and Konan, who are the leaders of Amegakure._______________✘Oinin Rules✘All Rogues start off as E Ranked.✘All Rogues can learn jutsu by themselves, but they my also be taught by a fellow Rogue.✘Rogues can travel in groups, but only in groups of four.✘Rogues are not a part of the Akatsuki, so Rogues may attack Akatsuki Members and vice versa. ✘You cannot auto rank! _______________✘AnBu DescriptionThe ANBU (暗部, Dark Side), short for Ansatsu Senjutsu Tokushu Butai (暗殺戦術特殊部隊, Special Assassination and Tactical Squad; English Version: ANBU Black Ops), take orders directly from the Kage, performing special high-level missions, such as assassinations and torture. The ANBU usually work in teams formed to the requirements of the mission, ensuring maximum success. The shinobi in the ANBU are hand-picked by the Kage; chosen for their individual capabilities and special skills. Age, gender, background, or previous rank bear no weight in this decision.
ANBU are under direct control of their Kage. They protect the village from exceptional threats, conduct high-risk missions into enemy countries, and deal with extremely strong ninja. They are also responsible for carrying out assassinations, tracking, surveillance, and missions requiring specially trained ninja. Some ANBU serve as interrogators that probe the minds of enemy ninja to learn information valuable to the village. [ A Ranked ]As the name suggests, this technique is simply a very quiet method of killing an opponent, usually from behind with a blade. Additionally, because the user is very silent, it cannot be defended against. The user will often slit their opponent's throat, preventing any cry that might give them away.✘Nehan Shouja no Jutsu - Temple of Nirvana Technique
[ B Ranked ]Nehan Shouja no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that allows the caster to place a large body of people into a unconscious state. The target can avoid the spell by forming and using the dispel skill.✘Shikumi no Jutsu - Death Viewing Technique (Killing Intent)
[ C Ranked ]Shikumi no Jutsu is a technique used to completely stun an opponent. If the target looks into the eyes of the ninja, their mind is suddenly inflicted with intense visions of their own brutal killing. This results in their body going into shock and being unable to move. If the target can physically injure their own body, the pain can be enough to end the paralysis._______________✘AnBu Rewards✘Defending The Gates Against One AssailiantFor doing this you gain no reward.✘Defending The Gates Against Two AssailiantsYou may auto-learn four A and below Ranked Jutsu. (This does not effect how many justu you can learn because of your class, this can only be earned three Times.)✘Gaining of Information Within a Village Stealthily + Assassinating Potential ThreartsYou may auto-learn four S Ranked Jutsu. (So long as it is of your elements, this does not effect how many justu you can learn because of your class, this can only be earned three Times.)
