This is a spin off the popular "ridicule the person above you game".
Simply say the Bleach character the person above you is like and why >.<
For instance, the person above me is (Candi XD) like Yachiru because I can only imagine her running around with a squee expression. Unless someone taps her on the shoulder.

Izu-chan is like Yoruichi :] I'm not sure in what way but she just totally comes to mind when I see yerr name. I guess in a way that you're always lurking around the guild but we just don't notice because of your cat-like stealth? :'D
