It's a festival in Quebec city, I think that last year it was exactly the same time as the Jazz fest and it was in the news.

And it's awesome!! Rammstein is on the Plaines d'abraham.. but even though you'd like to buy the pass to go, you can't anymore sadly.. all sold out.. every last one of em When I look out there it makes me glad I'm not you
