 She growled as she tore at the poor animal who was drinking by the water. Stupid creature had evaded her for the longest time but let down its guard to drink, what nonsense. As she tore out its throat with her powerful jaws she bent down to drink from the river and to wash the blood out of her ice colored fur. Isibia was furious. It had taken her too long to hunt and kill her prey, far longer than it usually had. She was usually pretty lithe but today she was slacking. Maybe it was the fact it was just so hot. That could account for her lacking abilities, it wasn't like ice to work well in the heat.
Turning back to her kill she tore pieces of flesh and chewed until she could swallow properly, eyes watching for any other Ikal'daka. This was one meal she wasn't sharing. Not even for those she trusted and there weren't many of them.

 Kisk had been out hunting, not having caught anything today infuriated him greatly. He scowled at others as he passed by, he was not one to ever remain with another, or to even be around others. They pissed him off, being so high and mighty all the time, staying in groups for one needless thing or another. He didn't want any part of some big pack, he chose to be on his own when hunting. He seethed along the trees sniffing the air to try and search out some hidden prey in the underbrush, but so far no luck. He was going to turn back around when his nose caught the scent of blood, it was not very thick in the air but it was there, he could smell it. He was to raged by hunger to notice the other Ikal'daka's scent. He followed the scent making sure to stay well hidden by the trees, the spines on his back standing up at attention as he came into view of the lake. The water placid over the surface, gently tinged red from the blood being washed into it. He looked up to find a ice colored female, ripping into a bloody carcass. His eyes glowing viciously as he suddenly became keenly aware of his horrific hunger raging within him.

It was when the other and tan looking Ikal'daka that made her about face and snarl, spines standing on end as her ears went up. Her fur stood on end and her tail bristled, who dare enter her area and not announce themselves. "Who are you?" She barked viciously. Though seeing the hunger in his eyes she turned even more vicious. The saying if looks could kill was pretty true for Isibia. "Stay away." She snarled. Her body language said 'come near and I'll kill you like I killed this deer'. None of what she did was inviting.

Kisk snarled at her and hunkered down, ignoring her attempts to get his name out of him. He was not going to be scared off by this female, he growled at her his eye glowing viciously with blood and hunger lust, he was going to get at the carcass regardless of her seething anger and uninviting nature. He was starving and hunting had been scarce today.

She attacked, quick as lightning and took his neck in her mouth as she chomped down for a second, letting him go the next as she backed away. "Back off." She snarled, protecting her carcass. No. She was not sharing. Never. "Hunt your own food if you call yourself an Ikal'daka. You're worthless otherwise." She growled again, spines raising once more as her fur bristled.
