Many of you don't know me. That's really bad. I'm Dispatch - I created this guild. I haven't been here for...ages. It's terrible. But before that, to those who remember me (albeit faintly)...
HAI! *supertackleglompofloveandapologies* I missed you all. Onto my story.
I last came to Gaia a few months ago. Nothing seemed wrong - just another day with me loveses, no? No. Next day my laptop (me true loveses)...was stolen. Baaaad. Very bad. That, coupled with the sudden school load AND rehearsals for the school musical, Can-Can...you can see where I'm getting. I was overloaded. I didn't have time for my iRL friends and family, which left a negative amount of time for anything remotely related to the computer. I was a mess.
Only a few weeks ago life seemed to be more life and less hell. The musical (ASM in high school=suicide mission) was over, laptp issue taken care of, etc. I was finally able to breath, and then...Oh crap! You guys! Of course, this wonderful epiphany just oh-so happened to take place during exam review week. This is the first time I've been able to get on since I realized it. And so here I am.
The sad truth is that I don't think I'll be able to get on here as much as I want. Exams are coming up, and right after that I start rehearsals for the play, Marriage of Figaro. I'm trying to find a good solution to this (I'm a little out of touch - can you make someone else the leader of a guild now? I know they were working on that...), but it may take awhile. During that time (and afterwards, because I will stay a part of this guild and be active as much as possible), I'm gonna try to make amends.

Omg! Dispatch! Long time no see! Sorry to hear about all the things that kept you from us, but you're here now and we're gonna hold on to you as long as we can.
Since you've been gone, they changed the guild system around. I think you can now have a "vice captain" that would be the basic second in command. And if something were to happen to you, the guild gets transfered to them. I don't know a whole lot about it. Only what my friend who it a vice-captain at another guild has told me about it. I am not sure if they have the same powers as captain or not... but you'd have to look into that.
