This forum is for RP outside of Benden Weyr but still within its catchment. Refer to the map in the Guide to Benden Weyr to gauge what that catchment is.

Roleplay outside of the Weyr is forbidden to new riders (Weyrlings, Sr. Weyrlings).

However, Searches, pre-Search, Rider RP and meta-related RPs can (and are expected) to be posted here.

For characters that have adult dragons, it is uncommon for them to linger overlong outside of the Weyr and most make day trips if they wish to take their personal time elsewhere. This isn't hard considering dragons go Between.

For characters that do not have dragons, it is very rare for an individual to wander far from a hold. The threat of Thread is a strong motivator and most will often only go as far as a Runnerbeast is able to go and come back in a day. If a trip is extended, most people tend to travel with traders, in numbers, and quickly. Watchwhers are common guards in such caravans.
