The cultist ruins are located all over the volcano, on it's sides, on the rim of it's opening, and inside some caves you can access from the base of the volcano. A lot of these ruins are houses, a few are temples, and the rest are the ruins of stone one room buildings with large pentagons carved into their floors, obviously summoning chambers. It is also reported that there are skeletons seen amongst the ruins, especially in the summoning chambers.
