... wow, THAT kind of lulz I didn't expect.
Darksoul is what made Sabers go to Tier 1. Triple or don't play the deck is the correct mantra. I'd LOVE to hear your explanation as to why to trim them down.

I'd LOVE to hear your explanation as to why to trim them down. To you it works better to be at three but I'd prefer to keep at 2 or 1 based on my experience and others' experience down at my locals dark souls can be dead draws as far as I've seen. Don't get me wrong it's a GREAT card but to us at my locals we think of it sorta like a sangan. Possibly dark soul is perfect at 3 for your locals maybe because that's your locals' playing style searching for cards you need and rolling fast off of combos after combos like the infinite loop of Gottoms, faultrol, and etc. Also I'm wondering why are you placing Thunder king and D.D. crow? Just wondering

Jeweats ...based on my experience...at my locals... I'll be honest; I don't play this deck, nor have I personally played/gone against Sabers, but...
...terrible advice-backing.

Just wondering Darksoul does not equavilate to Sangan, at all. Sangan does not have to leave from your side of the field; cannot search Faultroll, Boggartknight, or Airbellum; is not a beast; and is not an X-Saber. Rescue Cat is a key card in the deck, and having actual targets for it is ridiculously necessary. If I ran one Darksoul I'd have three Rescue Cat targets total, two Airbellum and a Darksoul. Given that Darksoul is the better of the two cards, it's run in triplicate because of plays like: Rescue Cat -> Airbellum and Darksoul = Hyunlei, Brionac, or Goyo Rescue Cat -> Double Darksoul = instant +1 search during end phase. With one, even two Darksoul, those plays wouldn't happen as often. ESPECIALLY the latter of the two. That, being a +1 that let's me choose what my hand is and how it can flow, is one of the most powerful plays in the deck. Also, this isn't just my "locals", this thinking is what runs the deck building process in the top tier meta. Check T32 lists of SJCs since Darksoul's release, almost 95% run triple. Finally, I don't run Ragigura, the loop is impossible for me. As for Thunderking Rai-Oh and D.D. Crow, they are control factors, and necessary ones. Crow, being chainable, hits every deck in the meta. Machina Gadgets, Frogs, Blackwings, X-Sabers, Infernities, Herald, Gladiators, and Quickdraw. Thunderking Rai-oh is for the same reasons, except more so. It's a 1900 beatstick, meaning it's already hard to take down, that shuts down Sangan, Darksoul, Whirlwind, 90% of Herald of Perfection decks, Infernity Archfiend, all synchro monsters, all gadgets, Machina Gearframe, Machina Fortress, Gladiator Beast Gyzarus, and Heraklinos, Reinforcement of the Army, soon to be "Tuning", Genex Nuetron... need I go on?

Now that I've think of it those are some nice combos. I've looked up the T32 decks there was either 2 or 3 darksouls in the deck. So you've beaten in the arguement which almost everyone does. Other than that nice deck.
