-xLunarAmbyriusChanx- Okay... 1. We were walking onto stage for band and the girl in front of me dropped and tied her shoelace while I wasn't looking and I tripped over her, I saved my flute, thank gosh, but I hit my chin. >.< 2. I was on the wrong song when we were playing the Nutcracker. >.< 3. We were going to a football game but a tuba near my section turned the tuba and it hit me out cold for half of the game. Dx D: how awfu-- wait...she stopped to tie her shoe -.- yeah...not cool. Lol I'd yell at her and be like "WTF?!! You can move to the other side and tie it!!"

The_best_indifference AlicexoutxofxWonderland svalur During a practice, I slipped in mud and couldn't get up because everytime I tried to get up I'd slip again.
My band director yelled "Justice, are you hurt?" and I replied "Only my pride!" Ahahaha.
This one, I'm not sure if it was more embarrassing or painful..
Ok so we were at a football game, and the band was standing around while the football team practiced.
Anyway, a football flew through the goal, hit me straight on the head, it knocked me unconscious, AND I fell in a puddle and ruined my uniform for the night.
I hurt me so bad I was too out of it to march the show.. sweatdrop Jeebus eek that's awful! I'd lose my mind if I wasn't able to march the show sad And our football team sucks hardcore, so we never get hit Oh my!!! surprised I feel the same way! I remember being sick and missing a football game. I cried lol and our football team isn't all that great either. It's so bad, that after the helftime show, people leave the stands... lmao....ours is real family orientated so they'll stay to watch their kids play. Kind of pathetic, but it's fun for the band because all we do is talk talk talk talk talk...oh and then play of course mrgreen oh and my friend wasn't able to play a game one night because she was wearing too much makeup ( stare ....) so I started crying. She was my dancing buddy crying

290Pika During band camp freshman year, we had to go to the local big basketball/concert arena to play for the entire faculty of the school district (to "pump up the teachers" or whatever for the next school year). It's always 100+ during the summer here, and we were in full uniform (minus helmets). I got overheated and threw up before we performed. >///< And this year, during one competition, my helmet slid all the way back because of the sweat. I looked terrible. D: bleh crying that's horrid...

Cookies-Kun when i was flipping my tenor drum from rest position to parade march, the leg rest came down on my balls and i was in pain for a good 2 minutes lol OH MY GOSH!!!!! >_> I'd hate being a boy in band...there's always some dude getting hit below the belt in our band... eek, how awful

Hmmm. There was a fire drill in January, and a flutist who had a broken leg was wearing a tank top... Her crutches slipped on the ice and she face-planted.

Painful: We had this pass-through in the drill where the battery came through the windows of the hornline and I got hit in the back with a bass drum. I couldn't play for the rest of the opener because it rammed my mouthpiece into my face.
Embarrassing: Then there was the time when my friend and I were trying out for winter colorguard and I hit myself in the head with the flag pole.

it didn't happen to me but to my enmy it was so funny.
this kid named nate is soooo small but he plays this giant trumpet
well he was tring to hold a really long note his face was changing colors then he past out and crushed his trumpet to an unsaving point and know he plays a really crapy trumpet
+ this happened during a concert every one off stage died laughing and my best friend ( who also hates him ) was still half playing but she was laughing so hard she barely could and just held the trumpet up shaking in laughter. it was soooooo funny. exclaim exclaim rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl

-last year during practice, we were marching our closer (@ 160+) and the coordinates made me crash my trombone into a sousaphone (my teeth/lip hit my mouth piece and i couldn't perform that day sad )
-at Tournament of Bands last year, when they were announcing the advancing bands, they announced a school with the same name as us and we cheered D: )

1. I was at a band concert in the spring and I froze up and just started to pretend I was hitting the instrument (percussion). After the concert a bunch of my friends said they saw me freeze up.
2. One day for band practice I had a skirt on and while moving the timpani and the cymbal hanger, the cymbal hanger slipped up my skirt and whenever I picked it up my skirt flew up in front of 11 guys. redface Now I never where skirts to band practice.
3. This was back in 6th grade. A bunch of guys where messing around and throwing the Timpani cover like a frisbee. Well one of the guys in the class decided to aim at me with all his force and it hit my neck. That same day in band practice the same dude that hit me in the neck was blocking the door, like all sixth graders do, for someone and when I tried to open the door he put all his weight into slamming into my arm, when he did that the door handle scratched my arm and he sprained my wrist. P.S the same dude that did that is now my best friend
