Jayda pretended not to notice the way Christabell looked at her. "Yeah, we're the only ones." she answered, dropping into the closest chair. Jayda studied Christabell's arm, noticing that it looked broken. "No, I'm fine. And good luck trying to find the first aid kit. I have no idea where the crew keeps it." She crossed her legs and began to rub the side of her neck.

"Wow. Look at that bird". she said, tring to change the subject. A huge bird flying into the tree."In all the places we could of crashed we had to crash here. I have always hated the jungle". christabell looking out the window.

Jayda looked out the small airplane window to see a large bird fly into a nearby tree. She shrugged. "It could be worse. We could be at the bottom of the ocean right now" she observed. Jayda took her hand off of her neck and stuffed it into the pocket of her jeans. "At least we're alive" Her eyes roamed over the bodies of the other passengers.

"I guess your right. I should be thank for fo even being alive." I wish we didn't crash at all." But do you know how we crashed anyway? Christabell was looking up and down the plane. Christabell was very scared.

((Sorry guys! I had band practice tonight.))
Trace had groaned wishing that her ankle was fine. She loved the outdoors as did Riley did too, and right now if she wasn't hurt, she'd be wondering out there with her sister, but instead she was stuck inside.
"Thank you," she said gratefully taking the pain killers and swallowed them without water or anything. Almost immediately the pain started decreasing.
"Plus, the jungle tends to rain so the plane will provide us with shelter. Jayda look for food and beverages edibtle in the plane please, Christabell could you look for the first aide kit?" Trace asked. "I'm Trace, and my sister is Riley. Her and I will look for any supplies to keep us warm during the nights and cool during the day. If we're going to survive we need to be closer than a team." She said.
"I'll be back later," Riley said coming out of the Pilot's cockpit with a compus and canteen in hand. She set the items on the ground and found more canteens and threw one to each girl. "Fill these up with rain water, it's going to rain tonight." Riley said looking up briefly. "I found a few pillows, and two blankets. Keep looking, but if we can't find anything we'll have to make like four dogs in a dog house," Riley said shrugging. "Anyways I'm going to go for a walk," she said hoping to get her mind cleared.

"Yeah, sure" Jayda walked past Riley and into the cockpit, hoping to find a secret food stash or something along those lines. She began digging through the cabinets and putting anything edible on the empty co-pilot's seat. When she had gone through every possible place, she walked back to the rest of the group, her arms filled with bags of peanuts and a couple of water bottles. "I guess the pilot likes peanuts" she joked. "What an idiot..." Without waiting for a response, Jayda dumped her findings on an empty seat near Trace and headed for the attendents' area at the back of the plane. "Dang!" Jayda yelled from the back room "They've got a whole kitchen full of stuff to eat back here!" She peeked out of the room, holding a handful of various packages of food for the others to see. "They have a fridge full of water too! Oh, and yogurt!" Jayda left the breakroom holding yogurt, a spoon, and a water bottle. She dropped into a chair next to the peanuts and opened her yogurt. "You guys should go check out all the cool crap they got back there."

Christaball yelled to jayda,"throw me a water bottle please"? Christabell ran over to a box on the ground. "Its not in the box." she ran to the cabinet. "I found it." she shouted loudly!!! She ran over to Trace. "Here's the ace bandage." She said, politely. Then christabell sat down to rest.

Jayda threw a water bottle at Christa, watching as it barely missed her head. "Sorry" she called, not moving from her chair. Jayda finished her yogurt and walked to the back of the plane to throw out the empty container. When she came back, she began going through the over-head compartments. "Woa look at all this stuff!" She exclaimed, pulling down a leopard-print suitcase filled with fancy clothing and jewelry. "Man, when we get back home, we'll be completely rich!" She dropped the suitcase and started going through bags, throwing the items she deemed worthless onto the floor behind her, leaving the more valuable items in the suitcases for safe keeping. "Ohh look. I found gum" She said, popping a piece into her mouth. "Anyone want a piece?"

She always chewed gum when she was nervous, or if she didn't have gum her knee would bounce up and down. And right now her knee was doing exactly that even though she'd have gum in her mouth in the matter of seconds.
She wished Riley wouldn't go out there alone, and knowing her sister she wouldn't be back until nearly the sun was completely gone. She stood up and limped to the edge of the plane and looked outside, her breath caught in her throat and her eyes opened wide. The jungle was like nothing she'd ever seen, this was so beautful and serene. She stepped out, careful not to twist her ankle and break it. She found a piece of bamboo grass but it was too short, but used it to walk to a pile of longer ones. They were all too short or too tall, and bamboo wasn't exactly easy to break. She went with the shortest tallest one and used it as a walking-stick. She walked a little ways into the beautiful huge trees and found a couple of big leaves like those used in movies to make shelter. She gathered about ten of those and walked back to the plane and set them by the entrance. I'll need Riley to help me get up there and cover the holes. Suddenly an idea came to her.
"Hey Jayda or Christabell?" She called poking her head in. "See if you can find some large clothing please," She said. She'd use clothing on the outside of the plane to cover the holes, a leaf on top of that, and then another leaf to cover the hole from in the inside. Riley hadn't found much but she could hear running water now. She stepped on a dead, crunchy leaf and her home came rushing back to her. Erin always wanted Trace and Riley to go out into the meadow behind their house to crunch leaves. And it wasn't just home that came rushing back to Riley now, it was Erin too.
She fought back the tears without much success but she couldn't even tell she was crying much at all because of the humidity. She wiped her face nevertheless and continued on.
About thirty minutes from the plane she came into the most beautiful clearing she had ever seen.
"Oh my..." She breathed. The clearing was a half circle made by trees of the jungle and directly across from her was a grand waterfall with a large pool of water at the bottom. Rocks were on the edge of the water along with red ferns and wild plants that were gorgeous. She walked to the waterfall and to the side of it, there was an opening that lead to a cave. She bit her lip and took a step forward, her hand on the wall of the cave. It was pitch black so she headed back out of the cave and found a few large sticks and picked them up, taking a leaf off the ground and tearing what was meant to be a string from it and bound the sticks together, putting a few rocks in the middle of them to make a torch. She then found to rocks and went to the waters edge snapping and sliding them together to make sparks. She then drenched half of the sticks in water and caught the dry half on fire. She ran to the cave and stepped inside, light flaring from her torch.
She smiled at her success as she walked farther and farther into the black cave. Her smile faded and she bit her lip to keep from trembling. Nothing was in the cave at all.
Riley ran back outside and put out her torch in the water, taking it and the two rocks with her. It was nearly sundown when the sun came back into view.
"Trace go inside!" She said smiling and ran into the plane. "Guys you've got to see what I found tomorrow!" She said looking at Jayda, Christabell, and finally her gaze rested on her sister, Trace.((First off, sorry I don't reply much guys... I've been busy lately. And I don't know how much I'll be able to reply after summer school. I'll be driving to Kentucky and Virginia...Sorry! I'll try my best to check up on things though. And for the picture above that's what the clearing looks like. But the waterfall completely covers the entrance to the cave making it impossible to see unless you're at an angle.))

Jayda nodded and tossed a piece of gum to Trace. She pocketed the rest of the gum and dropped the suitcase to the floor. "You know, I could get used to this" she said to no one in particular as she sat down in a chair, crossing her legs and resting her hands behind her head. Her eyes followed Trace as she limped toward the door of the plane. "Where are you..." Jayda trailed off before getting up to follow Trace. She hopped out of the plane and froze. "Oh God" she said, looking awestruck. "Dude, it's like paradise!" Jayda exclaimed, turning in a circle to take in her surroundings. While Trace searched through the pile of bamboo, Jayda walked to the nearest tree. She kicked the large tree, the heel of her boot landing with a thud on the trunk. Jayda looked up, expecting some sort of fruit to fall from its branches, just as it would have in the movies. When nothing fell, Jayda stormed back to the plane muttering about "Stupid fricken trees."
Jayda decided to continue her search for treasures. She pulled another suitcase down from the over-head compartment and dumped its contents onto the floor. When Jayda found nothing valuable enough to intrest her, she kicked the suitcase out of the way and reached for a small pink backpack. She set it down on the seat and began to rifle through it when she heard Trace call her name. She turned around to see Trace poke her head in. When Trace had finished talking, Jayda turned to the suitcase she had left on the floor. She zipped it up and threw it at the open door. It hit the wall and fell into the doorway. "There you go!"Jayda shrugged and walked to the back of the plane for another snack.
Jayda sat in the co-pilot's chair, eating a granola bar. She finished and unsuccessfully tried to toss the wrapper onto the control panel. The wrapper bounced off the windshield and fropped to the floor. Jayda didn't move from her chair. She crossed her arms over her stomach and began to nod off to sleep.
