The guild is rather empty, captain spots need to be filled, as well as the Espada. After that the squads themselves need to be filled up.

Also, to be honest the guards don't play a true important role in bleach during any of the main series of the show.

So my answer to this is no, it would cause more issues than good, our first goal is to get the guild active.

I already said no to joining forces with other guilds.

Every guild I was in, or ran that joined forces with other guilds, always failed. I don't know what it is, but when I join forces with another guild, s**t happens in a baaaaaad way.

Kachio, I have to agree with Redd. I understand this will open more Captain seats, but in a time that we are missing 3 Captains, like when I first joined. This would mean that we would have to fill 6 spots and I have unofficially announced that I will not leave as Squad 4 captain until I can find someone with enough medical knowledge to take it over from me. You have always done me right, Kaicho, but this guild combo thing is going too far. Also, with the court guard abilities, you are saying that 3 vizards get the Tamakai, is not allowed and the only other one is a Trainer in the system. With the Forbidden Kido we don't even have forbidden kido, we finally have a kido system that makes sense for the guild. The Ability to channel Spirtual pressure into physical being, is basically the Tamakai system, only it lass a shorter amount of time.

I still have to say no, even if you fix it so it's better.

I agree with both Reddeye and Kage, at this point of time there is no need to do this idea just yet but maybe later on in time it might work but only if Reddeye is willing to try the joining other Bleach guild. Right now I see no point in doing it also Kage has a point about the little abilities that you get there is no need for them including the last two in actuality they are the same thing.

I have to say no to this idea.

To be frank with you Kaicho, when you left the guild was already on the verge of dying, and becoming fully inactive. Infact it was because of myself and the others that we were even able to pull it off this long. You can ask just about any member that is still here from the time you owned the guild, it was already dying at a harsh rate. So don't try to put the blame of its current state on me or my leadership.
So right now the guild isn't exactly ready for joining a with another guild. Now we can at a later time, like I have told the others, while I am in control of this guild we will work to make it stabilized and then when it is all concluded that this guild is at a very good state, we can move onto teaming up with another guild.

So now Kaicho, if your going to call it fearful, then maybe you are not sure how to be cautious, caution may move slowly, but it works.

Now the main reason people arn't wanting the royal guards is mostly because of them not being apart of soul society, but rather seen as the hidden mysterious power that protects soul king.
It is also seen as them not ruling a single squad, so people are going to see it that way with bleach. We also cannot be sure, if and when we combine with another bleach guild we cannot be sure on their actions to appreciate something like this as well.

So give it some time kaicho.

Also, don't call me scared when you don't have a clue how much work I have put into this guild to keep it alive, when even the slightest wrong move could disrupt the balance of the work all of us put into it, causing the guild to die.
It might not look like it to you, but this guild could easily fall into a field of massive inactivity, that I am keeping from happening.

My point is, how are we going to get it active if we dont get loyal members!
