In regards to One Piece, FUNimation is simulcasting the show here and on Hulu.
As far as general anime streaming sites go, Anime on DVD has a list of everything that's available officially.

For my anime, I like to use Otaku-Streamers. You do have to sign up, but it's completely free, and it even comes with a forum and ship loads of anime and dramas to pick and watch.
@Katan Ayde: You need to delete your post. Posting illegal download sites is against the ToS and can get you banned, as another user said.
