Hydra-Star Miss-dark8607 Hydra-Star Luciferian_Depression Hydra-Star Miss-dark8607 I saw to tweekers (crack/meth heads) fight over a penny and they tore each other's clothes off and it looked like the "normal" guy next to them was touching himself. neutral Man I hope this city of mines doesn't go up in flames one day cause God couldn't take it anymore. confused I know a guy who was on the El once, and apparently the another guy kept touching himself and staring at him. That's slightly less weird than jerking it to random tweaker sex, but by such a slim margin it's barely noticeable. We think the guy was probably homeless (apparently he smelled like it) and not quite right in the head. Yeah. Unfortunately there's a lot of homeless crazy people in Chicago.
There's a lot of homeless crazy people everywhere. Thanks to this economy.

There's a lot of homeless crazy people everywhere. Thanks to this economy. That's true. But especially in big cities.

There's a lot of homeless crazy people everywhere. Thanks to this economy. That's true. But especially in big cities. Well, if they're not a harm to others no one can force them into a mental home. So unless they want to go to one, they are on their own. And most of them don't think they are crazy, even if they really are.
