Fuuton Kaze no Senbon (Needles of the Wind)

Description: The ninja gathers air with his hands and mixes it with chakra, by doing this he transforms them into sharp and deadly needles. The needles are almost invisible so it is hard for the enemies to see them. Because the needles are made of air they cannot be blocked or deflected. The only way to ensure safety is to dodge them.

Fuuton Furyuu no Jutsu (Wind Dragon)

Description: Creates a dragon formed from wind. The dragon looks like a large serpent, a traditional Chinese dragon that is twenty feet long. The dragon has a red mane and the rest of his body borders light blue. The color is not distinct because the wind manipulates it from its color to transparency. The dragon can shoot Kaze Kongou from its mouth.

Background History:
Kairu was borne outside of sunagakure around 20 miles away in the dessert, just after he turned three he was abandoned. Kairu went exploring the desserts what would have been deadly if he wasn't already smart enough to know when a storm was coming hours before it even got there. Kairu finally made it to Sunagekure where he lived in the academy and trained everyday till he couldn't move.
Kairu soon gradutated when he was 5 becoming a Genin and joining a team still unable to use his element he was underestimated greatly by everyone including his sensei. Kairu was told he would never amount to anything until finally one day during a mission his team was captured by rouge ninjas, Kairu soon came and defeated the ninjas rescuing his team. As he returned to the village he was awarded for his heroic behavior.
Kairu joined the chunin exams still underestimated by a few shinobi, using his supirior speed to gain an advantage over the other shinobi. Soon Kairu passed the exams and was put leader of a team showing them the importance of team work and how each shinobi in the team is an important member and any little mistake could cost the life of all the teams members. Kairu lead his team through many missions and trained them to become great shinobi, one day the team was on a mission and Kairu got captured by the shinobi who oppossed his team, they tried recuing him but they were over powered and killed releasing a rage inside Kairu. Kairu killed them all with no problem, returning to the village with another mission successful but carried his dead team into the village. Vowing never to let another member of his team die Kairu then showed the heart of a true leader.
Kairu soon passed his jounin exams becoming a scout for the village he would travel to other villages and check up on their alliances and other important things. Kairu was out on a mission when his village was attacked leaving them without a Kage Kairu was one of the top choices to take over as Kage. Kairu is still thinking about if he wants to take all that reasponsibility or if he wants to only become a gaurd for the kage.
