lawl, it's okay Jade! I want to make a fair Rinnegan KG but I have to downplay alot.
But I want to create some sort of Cosmic/Nature KG sometime soon.

Lol Jade xd . If you want to, go ahead and create one. I haven't even read the latest chapter of Naruto yet so my idea might be completely different from yours xp .

I still need to finish the Celestial spirit one...I haven't even bothered to change it since we spoke about it xP!!!
But uh, then I plan on making a Weapons Style for Bows and Arrows...and then sometime between that, I need to do the Katon techs for TUP, and then I'll think about making the Uzumaki clan xD

There is no question here on whether to replace it. If the other KG was stolen... It's dead to us. End of Question.
On another note, the dragonil looks SWEET... however some of the descriptions of the jutsu need to be expanded and there are certain other little details, like Saying that Fire can be your only element... then saying you can't have water as an element.
...if Fire is your only element, there's no need for the water statement. (Just one example)

Anyway, while on the subject... Donno if a Weapon Swap clan could be pulled off too well. Ice Make would just be a Hyouton rip-off... err... What about Mistogun-styled Genjutsu clan?

We already have a Kurama clan for the genjutsu. As for weapon swap, pinpoint is kind of like it. I believe we could also create a sealing clan with weapon-swap-like abilities.
....
Wait a minute! Since when did we start basing bloodlines off of Fairy Tail burning_eyes ?!
Although, I am a Fairy Tail fan myself mrgreen .
