From our guild homepage: "the captin does personaly talk to the band members but do not bug her to get them to talk to you.she wont do it." lol wut? Did I miss something? haha
In other news...I've been to way too many shows these past two weeks and I have like three thousand bruises and it hurts. But I'm happy. I traveled from Montreal to New York City to see Taking Back Sunday play @ Irving Plaza. It was AMAZING. They played my favorite song and they were like "okay last time we play this one" and I was like THANK GOD I BOUGHT THAT TICKET ON EBAY. Best concert experience EVER. So I want to know - what was your best/favorite concert experience so far?? Any upcoming shows this summer? Anyone going to see AFI/Green Day?

I wanted to go see Green day and AFI (that's one of the best concert pairings I've ever seen I might add) but I can't go because "we have Uproar to go to 18 days afterwords", but I guess I'm not too sad about that, Uproar's going to be amazing ..and I'll finally get to see my favorite band (avenged sevenfold) heart

Aw, that's so awesome! Have you ever seen them before? There's nothing like getting to see your favorite band. <3 When I saw mine for the first time last summer, the show kind of sucked (the band wasn't into it, I was completely dehydrated, a drunk chick kept groping me, we had just driven eight hours to get there, etc.) but I was all OuO at the fact that I was really seeing them and overall it was an amazing experience.
The AFI/Green Day lineup idea was brilliant. I'm so happy about it! I've seen Green Day last year but it'll be my first time seeing AFI. They were both my favorite band at some point. C:

nope, I've never seen them before, so it should be amazing. (it's also going to be my first time in the pit so that's pretty scary)
both Green Day and AFI had been my favorites at one point too. XD I actually also went to see Green Day last year ..best concert I've been to as of yet.

Ohshit, good luck! Last week was my first "real" pit because I traded my glasses for contacts. It still hurts haha. It's so cool though, seriously. You'll love it. <3
Green Day are SUCH a great live band, right?? One of the best concert experiences someone can have. C:

Imma need luck, because I mean it isn't just a normal concert it's a festival which means even more people (probably more violent too) so I just hope I don't get squished.
Green day IS amazing, and they play for almost three whole hours which is crazy. I love that pink crowd warmer bunny, but I couldn't tell whether Billie or Tre was in the costume at my concert. XD and I have to say best live Green Day song has to be East Jesus Nowhere.

True. I went to Warped Tour once and saw Anberlin...from the pit...in the rain...and mud. It does get violent. o__O
YES omg you have no idea how much I agree LOL. I keep telling people exactly that! 'East Jesus Nowhere' is their best live song in the current set. Oh and on my date they played '2,000 Light Years Away' and I was like O______O haha, it was really epic because few people knew it but those who did sang SO LOUD.

omgee, I sure hope it doesn't get too violent.
at the tour date I went to they played Going To Pasalacqua and it was funny because like yours almost no one knew the lyrics, but those few who did freaked out and sang as loud as possible (me included.) my second favorite live song would have to be either St. Jimmy (i just love the like spazz dance billie does, the splits, and how loud he makes the crowd get before he'll say "..and dont you ******** wear it out!") or hitchin' a ride (They just make that song really fun.) XD
