Ok I don't know whether this has been posted about but I haven't seen any so ...
What does everyone think about the VFD family tree in TAA? Who do you think they are?
I have only read the first 3 books and TAA so I'm a bit behind but hey
A - ?
B - Woodpecker?! Woodpeckers only 'peck' dead wood, there are a lot of pecks in B's trunk, do you think that means she/he is dead?
C - Charles Snicket
D - Must be female else the Anwhistles would be Snickets
E - Elwyn - aka Jacob Snicket
F - ? ditto D
G - Gregor Anwhistle
H - Hector Anwhistle
I - Ike Anwhistle
J - Jacques Snicket - Jacques is the French form of Jacob, do you think that means something?
K - Katherine (Kit) Snicket
L - Lemony Snicket
M - man with a beard but no hair
N - woman with hair but no beard
O - Olaf
If my mind is working correctly, for Olaf to be their 4th cousin 3 times removed (or 3rd cousin 4 times removed) the Baudelaire orphans must be the great-grandchildren of B or A, no? Not C

Sorry, but that was the Snicket family tree not VFD. Although all of them were in it.

Sorry I wrote that badly, I know it's a Snicket tree, it's just some people think it's a VFD 'family' tree ...
