I recently started running, and I've been doing a mile every day. When I get back, I'm super hungry! I like to eat lots of little things throughout the day, like cheese on Wheat Thins, carrot sticks and tomatoes, peaches, etc. I try to eat healthy. Does anyone have ideas for some light to medium meals that are relatively simple, natural, and healthy?

Actually, may I suggest trying to eat something before you run? I take fencing every week, and I have tried both eating before and after the workout. I find I perform much better when I eat before I exercise.
As for an actual meal, I would suggest either produce or some form of protein. Seeing as you have already tried produce, I commend you on your excellent choice. They offer quick energy, as opposed to carbohydrates, which take a while to kick in. A lean cut of your choice of meat quicky pan-fried in olive oil, possibly, which some kind of veggie of choice on the side?
