In honesty, I think the Magical Hats + Ojamagic combination is quite clever, but not clever enough to be running 3 copies of Magical Hats. I'd run 1, personally.
Also, the Pot of Avarices need to be toned down substantially.
I do see some of your strategies as unique, but you're being way overzealous with the number of copies of cards in your deck Try to balance it out a bit more. I'll help more when I'm not on the brink of total exhaustion.
EDIT: Now that I'm wide awake, I can see that you need to make a choice. Ojamas do not have a legitimate burn capability, so that's not really going to work well. I would stick with Ojama Stall OR Ojama Aggro.
honestly i think you guys should try the deck out before bashing on it. I admit the idea was silly at first and then developed into a funny concept that actually has a winning chance.
As someone who has a working knowledge of a basic Ojama deck since BEFORE Blue, Red, and Country were released and having at least 7-8 years experience playing the game, I think I know what I'm talking about when I tell you that Ojamas are a unique decktype in that they have a lot of variety in their play.
HOWEVER, the only burn in the deck comes from cards that are completely separated by Ojamas as a whole.
I'm trying to help you make the deck better, not bash it. That's what the Deck Database is typically used for. If the public dislikes how your deck appears, they'll suggest a method to make it better.
So I will reiterate my advice:
"Ojamas do not have a legitimate burn capability, so that's not really going to work well. I would stick with Ojama Stall OR Ojama Aggro."
What I am referring to is the fact that Ojamas are like water. They're typically very fluid and can usually adapt to a lot of different playstyles, from Aggro, to stall, even a lockdown deck is good. Burn is the oil to Ojama's water. It's one of the few things Ojamas cannot legitimately splice with and synergize with. Just saying.
