Hakuro de Killer The deck type's supposed to utilize both Final Countdown AND Destiny Board, so while your build is better, it strays a bit. At the same time, Destiny Board only works if the cards are played in the order of F-I-N-A-L. If you have your Final countdown in any of those spots you only have enough room for FAIL because that's what will happen. Point is: One or the other. It's not hard, and The better choice is probably Destiny Board as it takes a minimum of 5 turns (6 if you include setting DB on your first turn) while Final Countdown takes a minimum of 20 turns, and even low tier decks can end a duel or destroy your back row in less than 20 turns.

OP: i built a stall deck like this before. but it was more of a joke deck. i had 2x spirit message A, 1x of N, and 1x of L. so i ended up spelling A-N-A-L. people i faced actually conceded because it was just too funny.

This is, absolutely, the worst, WORST deck I've ever seen.
Destiny Board is completely trash.
Final Countdown is good only in the respect that Konami has released so much support for stall.

I appreciate your acknowledgment of my opening statement, though surely it can't be the worst DECK you've ever seen. You must have seen decks whose entire composition is made up of nothing but one-ofs, half are weak vanilla monsters like Master Kyonshee.

Basing the strength of a deck on the number of "one-ofs" = bad player.
Also, those are still better than this.

So you're saying that rookie "I wanna use one copy of every card so I have a lot of options" decks are better than this merely because of the spells I'm using? I'm not saying a deck with any number of one-ofs is bad, so long as the one-ofs are of cards that are on the Limited list. Look at it this way. Ignore the entire spell list as well as the Destiny Board in the Traps section. Then tell me it's worse than a one-of deck. I think the sheer level of stall synergy in the monsters as well as the control synergy in the traps more than makes up for the lack of legitimate spells.

Actually, I've seen two decks far worse than this.
My first "deck" (60+ crappy cards and low-level fusions... ...in the deck, not in the extra deck) really sucked. And then I learned.
And someone at my locals (Yeah yeah, I know) had something similar card number-wise, and it was terrible, for someone who knows the game. (Think of multiple structure decks. Now shove them together.)
