"Remember: I'm the victim here," he reminded mock-snobbily. "I get everything for free."
Against his own wishes, Seamus actually looked interested.
"You dance?" he asked, dubiously. "Know any swing?"
Their grandpop had taught them well.
"I actually wouldn't mind." And he really didn't. "Not enough people dance nowadays, you know? Can't find a guy or girl who knows how to tap."

"I'm not sure it works like that, at all." He smirked.
"I can learn fast? And my mom watched old movies that had some swing in them. But I'm not a master." That was an understatement.
"We should go! I get off work in three hours. Meet me outside then?" He motioned at the clock. "You can walk me home."
He didn't have a bike or anything. He had been walking. It took forever, but it was fun.
And the possibility of a romantic walk was too good to pass up.

Seamus didn't have his job back yet, so he wasn't limited with his options. Tons of free time. Did it mean he wanted to walk Quinn home?
Probably not.
Was he bored enough to take any entertainment at this point?
You bet'cha.
"Alright," he agreed, sliding off the seat after finishing the last of his drink. "But only because you'll owe me another one of these next time." He pushed his glass back towards the barkeep with a cardshark's grin.
