Rules:
1. To be able to even think about getting this Hidden art, your Rpc can not have a bloodline or clan that gives or requires a element. (Im talking about elements... not anything else)
2. To apply for this Hidden art, you must send a 8 paragraph rp sample using the art to Orchid Moon.
3. This Hidden art takes up 2 spots of your element slots.
4. The people who get this Hidden Art can ether swap out their current element for it and learn their other element at Jounin rank or can wait till Jounin rank to get the Hidden Art. (Must have no jutsus learned of your element if you swap it for the Hidden Art)
