Plot

Everything that lives must one day die. When a human dies, their soul is either reborn as another human, as a pokemon, or rests in the realm of heaven should they have earned their place. When a Pokemon dies, it becomes a ghost until it can be reborn again. But what happens when a Legendary dies?

Under normal circumstances, Legendaries reincarnate themselves, retaining their memories, powers, everything. But all that changed when Cyrus and Team Galactic attempted to remake the world. While they failed to destroy the old world, a new universe was created and enclosed. In this act, all of the legendaries were tied to this new world, and should they die, this dimension would lose the legendaries forever. And should that happen, the universe would go into a state of destructive chaos until all became nothing.

To prevent this, the Legendaries must apply a new tactic. New legendaries must take their place. However, the imbalance caused by Cyrus has left Arceus powerless to simply create new entities. Instead, these new beings would have to be made by altering a select few of the living beings of the world. Primarily humans.

In order to ensure that those chosen would be suitable to become the next legendary Pokemon, each Legendary would personally choose their successor. Those chosen would start to develop powers related to their companion legendary. Over the next few months, their bodies would begin to change. The process itself would normally take a full year before the human became a permanent legendary Pokemon, but if the human uses their powers often enough, then this process would be certainly sped up.

But some Johto scientists have caught glimpses of this occurring. Eager to capture the would-be Legendaries and bring them under his command, the president of Johto has set his military and secret service at high alert. Their orders: to capture these humans and have them brought into his custody where they can be subjected to experiments and brainwashing in order to bring the world under his command.

Your Role

You are one of the humans that a particular legendary Pokemon has chosen to become their successor. As such, you bare a mysterious tattoo somewhere on your body. You must learn how to do the things you would normally command your Pokemon to do. You must learn how to live a completely different way of life and how to cope with leaving behind those you care about.

You must also defend yourselves and each other the Johto government's attacks and traps. Unite together and take them down, try to take Johto's military on by yourself, or try to live a life on the run, the choice is yours.

Another road you might take: you can play as a normal human who has found out about these going-ons and you want to help the legend-humans from the Johto military. Perhaps you're a childhood friend of one, or a travel companion, or even a rival.

About Your Powers

As a legend-human, You will be able to transform into your counterpart legendary a total of seven times before the change is permanent. While changing into a legendary form is as easy as simply willing it, changing back into a human becomes more difficult with each time. After the fourth transformation, your body will keep certain features. Your skin may become a different color or grow fur/grass/feathers/etc., you may develop a tail. Only when you are in your legendary form can you use that Pokemon's attack moves. however, you may have powers while in your human form that are attributed to your legendary companion (ie., The ability to hover/fly, being able to read the surface thoughts of others, etc.)

Personality:Robert has a very calm vibe to him. Even in a losing battle, he will remain calm and collective which can at time unnerve the opponent. Despite his lone wolf nature, he can be friendly, and those he befriends are those he will defend to the last. Only his friends can get to see his soft and sometimes playful side.
Bio:Robert was born to a family of Pokemon breeders out in Oldale, Hoenn. He was raised to care for the many Pokemon that lived on the ranch, as well as caring for the many Pokemon eggs that were produced to be sold off or given to worthy trainers.

On his tenth birthday, Robert went and got a Torchic from Professor Birch and from there started his Pokemon journey. Robert explored all of Hoenn, battling gyms for badges and even competed in a few contests. he won a single ribbon, but he felt he couldn't pursue both contests and the Hoenn league, so he decided he would take on the various leagues.

After losing in the semi-finals of the Sinnoh league, Robert came home to a nightmare back in Hoenn. Cipher, a group that recently arrived after being ousted from the Orre region, had laid siege to his home. his mother, father and sister all lay dead on the farm while the ranch burned. Robert rushed to attack the group, but their pokemon proved to be far too powerful. But before they could finish the boy off, the handful of Cipher members mysteriously floated into the air and were tossed like dolls into the flames. Soon, the flames acted as a concentrated fire, incinerating the murderers. Their Pokemon were freed from their pokeballs and set free into the wilds. When Robert looked up, he saw the face of his savior: the legendary Mewtwo.

Mewtwo apologized that he did not arrive sooner and then spoke to Robert about what was going on with the legendary Pokemon. Mewtwo had watched Robert ever since the boy made his journey into Kanto for the Indigo League and decided the boy would be the best choice due to his pure heart and indomitable will. Knowing he had nothing left but his Pokemon, Robert accepted Mewtwo's power. He has traveled with Mewtwo to the Johto region where Mewtwo said that he would meet with other humans that like him, were destined to become legends.

Personality: He is care free yet has a hidden dark side that sometimes bursts out at random times. (due to being possessed by Deoxys) As a result he is completely unstable with talking and actions. Yet also has a nice and caring side to pokemon and is extremely aggressive to humans as the pokemon trained him.
Bio: As a small child he was born in the old chateau hes mother and father died in the mansion needless to say Yukkuri wouldn't of lasted long but as fate would of bring him a Mismagius and a Gengar took him in as a child. 13 years later he started training with his new pokemon parents and became a great thief as every sunday night he would sneak out and steal every item at Eternia city pokemart. But one day he found a large strange glowing rock that had fallen near the gym. As Yukkuri took the rock people started saying he was looking odd as if he was a alien.

A few months later the rock went missing and he searched all over the old chateau for it. When it was his time for bed he took off the shirt and the rock had fused in his chest! As he rubbed the rock a voice talked to him in head head 'Human of earth....I grant you my powers'

Soon after he was convinced to leave the mansion with his pokemon parents and began his travels. Now his story begins.

Personality: Evelyn is a very shy person. Although shy, she is a curious and happy individual. Her shyness makes her stumbled over her words when she talks.
Bio:Evelyn was born in Lavaridge Town, Hoenn. The town is famous for its hot springs. Due to that, most of the town's residences are older folks. Thus, Evelyn's ability to socialize did not develop. Unlike most children, when she reached the age of ten, she decided not to go on an adventure. It wasn't as if she didn't want to go. She was curious to know what was out their, but-at the same time-she was afraid.

Several years later, a sandstorm blew and injured shiny trapinch into town. Evelyn cared for it and the two became close friends. Eventually, Evelyn and Drache-the trapinch-decided to leave Lavaridge. The two traveled all over the regions of Hoenn, Sinnoh and Kanto participating in contests and gym battles whenever the fancy struck.

After a while, Evelyn and her pokemon decided to return home. As she got off the boat at Lilycove, she noticed a girl(I'm assuming since Latias can change into a human in the movie and manga that she can here) being harassed by some men. Uncharacteristically, Evelyn went to help. Sadly, she ended up hitting her head, fainting and falling into the water. When she regained consciousness, a Pokemon she only heard about in legends was hovering over her anxiously. It was Latias.

The legendary Pokemon proceeded to explain what was happening and that she choose Evelyn to take her place-since she was the only that tried to help her at the docks. At first Evelyn wouldn't agree to it but her curiosity got the better of her. Now the two are headed to Johto

Appearance: Sort messy silver hair and black eyes.

Personality: She is a cold person and dislikes being the centre of attention, she's also calm and collected most of the time. She is a bit arrogant, bold and values her pokemon above everything else. She is extremely proud of being a member of Team Magma and she is extremely loyal to them. She travels with her Mightyena out of his pokeball.
Bio: She lived in an orphanage of her hometown, Oldale Town, until she was 10. That was when because of being forbidden of getting a pokemon she stole a pokeball and captured her first pokemon, a Poochyena. She started traveling around Hoenn and after getting 8 badges and defeating the Elite 4 she started traveling around Johto and Kanto, not bothering to get any badges there. She decided to return to Hoenn when she was 15 to train more her pokemon. When she went back to Hoenn, when she was 16 she met the old admin of team magma. It was him who taught her about groudon and kyogre, which made her side with groudon due to her hate of water pokemon.

Several months later, when Amara had started to travel again through Hoenn she was contacted by groudon through a dream. It was then when Amara was told what had been happening to the legendary pokemon and that she had been chosen to be the next groudon not because of her love for fire pokemon and hate of water pokemon, but because of her calm and collected attitude, boldness and fiery heart. After that Amara started travelling around several regions, searching for more people like her. She doesn't travel with Groudon, but they have a mental connection that she uses to communicate with her.

Personality:Jason is a pretty friendly person who likes to roam. He never stays in one area for too long as such. He's pretty quiet when it comes to large groups of people but when he's with a smaller number he opens up a bit more. He's very disciplined and works to finish things when he starts them.
Bio:Jason grew up in the Sinnoh region. His father was a journeyman and Jason traveled with him throughout his childhood. When he was about 12 his father settled down in Veilstone and Jason did too. After a year though Jason became restless and set out again, exploring Hoenn with his one Pokemon, Turtwig. They explored the entire region and picked up every badge though he never participated in the Elite Four. He only picked up other pokemon if he deemed them to his liking and because of that pickyness, he only has four pokemon.

He met Giratina while exploring an underground tomb near his father's home. While he was there he fell into a hole and found no way to get out. The hole's floor was made out of a reflective material that acted like a mirror and just as Jason was about to give up hope, the floor seemed to open up and he fell into a strange world where he met Giratina. It picked him up and took him out of the strange world and back into the regular one, but this time outside the tomb. Giratina came out of the strange world and transformed and spoke to Jason explaining the situation in Johto and how Jason was going to help out if he wished. Jason accepted and they returned to the world which Giratina explained was the reverse world where he was master. They are traveling to the johto region to meet the others.
