Huuum, I'm not a 100% sure but it's a shooter for the PS3, well would be if it gets remade.

Socom 1 and 2 were very special games for me. All throughout the spring and summer of '03 I played Socom 1 a whole lot. My favorite gun to use was the m16a1. Canada West server FTW! pirate

Then Socom 2 came out and that was fun as well and it's a shame that I can't play it online anymore for the PS2. Granted, there's Socom Confrontation, but that game was crap and it wasn't made by the original developer. Socom 4 looks like a 3rd person version of Call of Duty.

Sony is planning to put out the money to remake other PS2 games, why should Socom 2 fans be left out in the cold?



I own both and both are good.
