This absorption of chakra, however, only causes the victims to feel a bit weaker. Once the opponent leaves the prison, he feels like normal again. 10. Doton: Gou no Doro (Earth Release: Mud Moat)
Description: This jutsu converts the area immediately surrounding the performer of it into a a deep murky moat full of mud. The moat is at least 6 ft deep and four feet in radius (6 feet radius for genin, 8 feet for chuunin, 10 feet for Jounin, 15 feet for Sennin). Due to the nature of the moat, water walking can not be performed on it. Only an area of 1½ feet in diameter remains of solid, dry land for the user to stand on. Rank E

Description: Much like the Roof Tile Shuriken Technique, but now, when the flying roof tiles or other small objects make contact with their target, they explode. The explosion is relatively small however, not nearly as great as that of an exploding tag, but more like the force of a smoke bomb. The flying objects will explode the moment they contact another solid surface regardless of whether it is the intended target or not. Rank A
14. Soushuuha (Manipulate Advancing Blades)
Description: This technique originated in the Sand and was actually utilized by the Suna shinobi Yashamaru in a failed assassination attempt. By focusing chakra into projectile weapons such as kunai or shuriken, the ninja can make those weapons hover in the air before sending them at his target with the same force he usually uses to manually throw them. Conceivably, the shinobi would be able to attack his enemy with much more ammo then he can hold in his hands. The hover effect can last up to three posts. Rank A
15. Doton: Kyuu Tsuchi dageki (Earth Release: Sudden earth strike)
Description: A much more advanced version of the Tsuchi Shouaku, a Jounin can cause the earth to rise up at a much faster pace than the Tsuchi Shouaku, in fact in a very sudden manner fast enough to catch most shinobis off guard. Also, instead of just grabbing an opponent’s leg, this technique can cause the earth to rise up and form an ‘arm’ to strike the opponent from behind. Alternatively, one can also control it upon the earth mass the opponent stands on to suddenly spring up such that it acts something like an ejector or catapult to suddenly launch the opponent into the air by suddenly jerking up with a tremendous force. The durability of the earth risen is nearly as thick as rock, meaning that now, even taijutsu specialists would encounter difficulty in breaking out of it. However, like the Tsuchi Shouaku, the disadvantage of this technique is the fact that it can only be used with natural earth. Rank A
16. Doton: Bakuyaku Iwa Kawarimi (Earth Release: Explosive Stone Body Replacement)
Description: This jutsu replaces the body with a large stone or even a boulder, using Kawarimi no Jutsu. There is a rather dangerous difference though, the boulder that replaces the stone-nin’s body is explosive and if struck explodes with the force of an explosive note. Rank C
17. Rasengan (Spiraling Sphere)
Description: Developed by Yondaime Hokage and later adopted by Uzumaki Naruto as one of his signature techniques, Rasengan forms a spiral sphere of compact chakra in the palm of the user’s hand. It does not look like much, but it packs a tremendously uber punch, capable of blowing out holes in metal and blasting enemies through most surfaces, whether they be walls, ceilings, or rocks. 19. Shoushagan no Jutsu (Vanishing Facial Copy Technique)
Description: A rather gruesome but useful jutsu. The user removes the face of a corpse and applies that face to his own, providing himself with a disguise more convincing than a simple Henge. Damage done to the shinobi’s face will be absorbed by the facial copy, but too much will cause it to disintegrate and slowly melt from the user’s face. It can be ripped off painlessly and discarded at any time. Rank S
20. Nioi Ue Fuku no Jutsu (Smell Covering Technique)
This jutsu basically creates a layer of chakra that seals in scents. The user coats himself in a thin layer of chakra, creating an air tight seal that doesn’t allow any scents to escape. If they touch anything a scent is not left behind. (As if they are wearing chakra gloves.) This starts to take up a lot of chakra if used for long periods since a new coating must be applied every few minutes to keep it effective. The user cannot use this jutsu on other people. Rank C
21. Yougan Tsunami no Jutsu (Lava Tsunami Technique)
Description: The user calls upon a substantially large amount of lava from the center of the earth. Due to the obvious distance, it takes quite some time for the lava to reach the face of the earth, but once it gets there, it becomes a furious tidal wave that burns and singes everything on its path. An extremely powerful and dangerous jutsu that should not be attempted unless the user is sure hisher allies will not be hurt by it. The tidal wave's size is about that of Suiton Daibakufu no jutsu and is fully controlled by the user. Rank S
22. Chakra Tsuitou no Jutsu (Chakra Hunting Technique)
Description: During chase procedures, when the user has been closer to the target than 20 feet, and having had the ability to see the target clearly under those circumstances, the user can remember the target's chakra currents and distinguish these for a number of posts equal to the user's control divided by two. 1.) Ikamono Chikara no Chakra (Fake Chakra Power)
Description: Another genjutsu that is meant to scare the opponent into surrendering or retreating. The shinobi makes it look like a glowing and sparkling chakra aura surrounds him/her, so that he/she is extremely powerful and dangerous. The color of the chakra is up to the user but it is often red, black or purple in order to make it look more evil and powerful. The enemy can see the chakra as well as feel its enormous (but fake) strength and presence. Rank C

3.Meisai no Jutsu (Camouflage Technique)
Description: This skill allows the user to become transparent and slink into the confines of a natural resource. It takes a small amount of chakra to initiate but it can take quite a bit depending on how long you wish to stay camouflaged within the confines of the natural resource. Elaborating on natural resources, it must be something like a tree or the ground or a boulder that has not been created or shaped by mankind. Rank D
4.Tenjou Gyakumodori (Heaven and Earth Reversal)
Description: This simple genjutsu is one that is used for testing the skill, logic and handling pressure abilities of many academy students and genin. When applied on an opponent or a test subject, they will feel as if they are upside down with their feet still on the ground but feeling as if the direction of “down” is the direction of the sky. This genjutsu puts much stress on the mind of an opponent, since there is a strong feeling (mainly because the user has suggested it into the opponent’s mind) that if heshe would move one of their legs, heshe will “fall” into the sky. This genjutsu is superb at testing which genin or academy student has the bravery of taking a calculated risk, and is most used by academy teachers, rather than in combat.
There is a very easy way to defeat this genjutsu, hence its simplicity and the common use of it as a test: you only have to move one of your legs and the directions of up and down automatically right themselves. Rank C
5.Gensou no Udai (World of Illusion)
Description: A technique that is meant to find out vital information from people without using physical torture, mostly on prisoners and captives. It cannot be used during battle. The victim is put into a hypnotized half-sleep like state where he/she is balancing between being conscious and unconscious. While hypnotized, a person’s inhibition is greatly lowered, and they are much more likely to comply with the hypnotist’s demands. Some victims are able to resist the technique. It can take just a few minutes or several hours but sooner or later they will break, and tell their enemies anything they need to know. Only the user can communicate with the victim. The victim cannot see or hear any other enemies or allies. Once brought back, a victim does not remember anything what happened while he/she was under the influence of the genjutsu. Rank A

Personality:Is very soft hearted and pleasant. Neo has a very rare disease that almost disabled him from become a ninja completely. For,if he got to excited or fought to hard he'd start coughing up blood. But,the doctors gave him and his parents an option;to utilize a demon to balance out his system and make him normal. Due to how long he's been sick,the demon didn't make his body physically as strong as the others;but it did enable him to be able to become a Shinobi. Through it all,Neo is very kind hearted to his friend's but doesn't think twice about killing enemies. His Demon usually taunts him about him breaking his 'Hippocratic Oath',but he see's the only people that need to be healed are those that stay within the balance of peace.
Personal Skill:During the transfer of his demon,the doctor's noticed a skill they never seen before. The boy was able to control his demon like he had trained with it all his life. He could manipulate it's chakra and bring it out with ease just as quickly as bringing it back without losing his mind. It stunted many of the scholars and shinobi of his village. One village wanted to test a theory as they,betrayingly,put the child up to a freed demon rampaging in it's domain. Though,without being massacred,Neo was speaking to the demon as if they were 'friend's.' Although in actually,Neo was able to control the demon to a certain extent but it did take a lot of chakra to produce this ability. [Again, pm if there is any question to this.]

Family:A Father who is an ANBU Op,and a mother who is not a shinobi but is of high class in the ninja economy world.
Background History: Neo was born like any other kid;happy bright and with loving warm parents. Ok...Maybe not every other kid but he definitely had a happy life. His parents were of the high end of society;always buying their child things and overall spoiling them. But,Neo wasn't stuck up because of his wealth. In fact, the children his age loved him more because he gave them his toys;not because he could just ask his parents for more but because they found more happiness in them then he,which in turn made him happy. But as everyone knows,or has been through it,life will give you the finger. A major one hit Neo as he had procured a horrid rare disease that started off as a mild cold,and went into something that made the doctors pull their hairs out. Money,didn't seem to be the issue,as even the doctors pushed the money back as the disease was so rare that found it a challenge and a duty as doctors to cure it. Unfortunately nothing worked until one doctor,though a bit funny in the head yet brilliant,suggested to put a demon in the child. The doctors blinked and almost wanted to rip his medical nin license from him until he explained the dangers of having a demon chakra in a person and would it would do the damaged cells in Neo's body. It was indeed a long shot but they performed it.The operation was a complete success. Needless to say,Neo made a complete three-sixty and more. He was able to run longer,and even short prowlness to become a Ninja. Though the disease left a mark on his body,making him frail to physical strain,Neo had exceptional chakra control and extreme intellect. The boy was definitely a power beyond odds,and to raise more brows and put more pride in Neo's father's chest,the boy had a unique ability to control Bijuu's. Although he couldn't control a Jinchuuriki unless the human aspect of the bond was over taken by the demon,it still was an ability that made many ninja look up to him for;mostly for not giving up when the medical society believed he was finished.
