Anyone have any amusing stories from playing WoW? Last night I was playing on my level 21 Mage. My husband is watching me and goes "You know you can get a mount at 20 right?" I told him I didn't have the gold to get the training or mount. 5 seconds later another player passes me and asks the same thing. My husband and I start rolling. The cool thing was that the player gave me 2og to pay for the training and mount.

A horde and I were at the Gelkis camp . . I start walking out of the camp when I see a giant . . I step backwards, he goes to investigate why I stepped WAAAY back and . . he did the same thing!

my friend and i were trolling on our draenei characters as russian acrobat twins named roxy and rebecca.
we trolled teldrassil, went into shadowglen, and saw a group of night elf males and human males.
we jumped right into the group and started flirting with them.
they ALL believed us and started getting horny or something.
one guy gave us ten silver each, which isn't a lot but it's the thought that counts, and added both of us.
after that we learned our lesson.
he invited us into a group EVERY SINGLE DAY and talked to us about his lamborghini (which we doubt he actually had.)
we had to make up another sister and i told him "roxy and rebecca" were little ten year old troublemakers who lied and went on my character and my cousin's (who was also made up) to dress our characters up and pretend to be older than they were.
he actually believed us. :>
i know this doesnt sound funny but IF you were there you would be loling.
its not as funny when you explain it, sadly.

Funny Moment, I was just starting out as a Night Elf and I ran up the Great Tree, I needed to go down quickly, so I jumped....and died....I went searching for my body and once I found it I saw other bodies around me, than I didn't feel like such a newb after all biggrin

I jumped off of a cliff one time and lost 1337 hp. I laughed for a while after that.

The a**l spam phenomenon. Annoying for some, but still very funny if you get it right razz
And also, I took part in a massive naked dance in Stormwind Trade District a while ago. There were loads of people there, all running round and dancing. Fun times ^.^

when my boyfriend let me play on his account until i could get my own, i was on 'my' warrior in stranglethorn vale -which, for most before wotlk and cata came out, was a hot spot for ganking. i remember i was trucking along on my elekk and i passed a belf warlock. he stopped and waved. so i stopped and waved back. i wasn't even done typing when he started to attack me. so then, naturally, i whooped his arse. when i was finally done with him, not only did i /hug him and got the achievement, i waved back before i left him.
