Personality:Is very soft hearted and pleasant. Neo has a very rare disease that almost disabled him from become a ninja completely. For,if he got to excited or fought to hard he'd start coughing up blood. But,the doctors gave him and his parents an option;to utilize a demon to balance out his system and make him normal. Due to how long he's been sick,the demon didn't make his body physically as strong as the others;but it did enable him to be able to become a Shinobi. Through it all,Neo is very kind hearted to his friend's but doesn't think twice about killing enemies. His Demon usually taunts him about him breaking his 'Hippocratic Oath',but he see's the only people that need to be healed are those that stay within the balance of peace.
Personal Skill:During the transfer of his demon,the doctor's noticed a skill they never seen before. The boy was able to control his demon like he had trained with it all his life. He could manipulate it's chakra and bring it out with ease just as quickly as bringing it back without losing his mind. It stunted many of the scholars and shinobi of his village. One village wanted to test a theory as they,betrayingly,put the child up to a freed demon rampaging in it's domain. Though,without being massacred,Neo was speaking to the demon as if they were 'friend's.' Although in actually,Neo was able to control the demon to a certain extent but it did take a lot of chakra to produce this ability. [Again, pm if there is any question to this.]

Family:A Father who is an ANBU Op,and a mother who is not a shinobi but is of high class in the ninja economy world.
Background History: Neo was born like any other kid;happy bright and with loving warm parents. Ok...Maybe not every other kid but he definitely had a happy life. His parents were of the high end of society;always buying their child things and overall spoiling them. But,Neo wasn't stuck up because of his wealth. In fact, the children his age loved him more because he gave them his toys;not because he could just ask his parents for more but because they found more happiness in them then he,which in turn made him happy. But as everyone knows,or has been through it,life will give you the finger. A major one hit Neo as he had procured a horrid rare disease that started off as a mild cold,and went into something that made the doctors pull their hairs out. Money,didn't seem to be the issue,as even the doctors pushed the money back as the disease was so rare that found it a challenge and a duty as doctors to cure it. Unfortunately nothing worked until one doctor,though a bit funny in the head yet brilliant,suggested to put a demon in the child. The doctors blinked and almost wanted to rip his medical nin license from him until he explained the dangers of having a demon chakra in a person and would it would do the damaged cells in Neo's body. It was indeed a long shot but they performed it.The operation was a complete success. Needless to say,Neo made a complete three-sixty and more. He was able to run longer,and even short prowlness to become a Ninja. Though the disease left a mark on his body,making him frail to physical strain,Neo had exceptional chakra control and extreme intellect. The boy was definitely a power beyond odds,and to raise more brows and put more pride in Neo's father's chest,the boy had a unique ability to control Bijuu's. Although he couldn't control a Jinchuuriki unless the human aspect of the bond was over taken by the demon,it still was an ability that made many ninja look up to him for;mostly for not giving up when the medical society believed he was finished.
