Bragging rights, for now. There is talk of maybe making the points worth something. Example: Maybe being able to buy certain items, depending on how many points you have or something like that. But in the meantime, they are just for fun and bragging.

Is it just me or does this remind anyone of a facebook app? Im not saying its a bad thing just saying it reminds me of it lol
I don't know. I don't know much about facebook. I have a facebook account but it's a waste of space on their server because I never log in.
I have heard that these achievements also seem very similar to another online game or some ps3 game or something. I can't remember the exact comparisons but I know a few users have mentioned it.
I used to play facebook games but was frustrated most of the time in the fact that they are either too laggy or just plain don't work!
On a side note I'm stuck on the invisibility achievement and cant move on until I get it -_-
