Well we have a super secret new project coming up for the guild and I want all of your opinions on the format for a part of it. Part of the project will be a bunch of deck list and I want to know if you like this style, want more information; and what kind, and anything else you want changed....
Deck name: Black-Hero Control
Example deck- Blackwing Shura The Blue Flame x3 Blackwing Kalut The Moon Shadow x3 Elemental Hero Neo Alius x3 Cyber Dragon x2 Blackwing Blizzard The Far North x2 Honest x2 Gorz The Emissary of Darkness x1 Chaos Sorcerer x1 Elemental Hero Stratos x1 Blackwing Gale The Whirlwind x1 Blackwing Mistral The Silver Shield x1
Black Whirlwind x2 Gemini Spark x2 Allure of Darkness x1 Reinforcement of The Army x1 Brain Control x1 Mind Control x1 Pot of Avarice x1 Heavy Storm x1
Icarus Attack x2 Hero Blast x2 Starlight Road x2 Trap Dustshoot x1 Mirror Force x1 Solemn Judgment x1 Torrential Tribute x1
Extra Deck: X-Saber Wayne x1 AOJ Catastor x1 Brionic Dragon of The Ice Barrier x1 Blackwing Armed Wing x1 Goyo Guardian x1 Ancient Fairy Dragon x1 Black Rose Dragon x1 Blackwing Armor Master x2 Stardust Dragon x2 Colossal Fighter x1 Red Dragon Archfiend x1 Infernity doom Dragon x1 Mist Wurm x1
Side Decking options: Blackwing deck swap. Hero Support. DAD. Ect.
Play style- Black-Hero Control runs on a duel body concept to maximize plus ones and control the game. The Deck is split between a Blackwing and Elemental Hero body with light support. A Blackwing body does most of the works heavy lifting through battle. It also provides tuner for synchro. Black Whirlwind and Shura The Blue Flame provide deck thinking allowing the Hero half to be drawn more often; moreover Icarus attack provides great tempo control on a 2:2 scale as opposed to the Hero halves 1:1's. The Hero side of the deck offers fourth the classic Neo Alius beat backed by honest. Elemental Hero Neo Alius also has great synergy with both Gemini Spark and Hero Blast. Gemini Spark provides both destruction and draw, while Hero Blast gives the deck recursion of it's 1900 beatstick and monster destruction. Plus ones can also be gained through the chaining of Icarus Attack, Gemini Spark, and Hero Blast.
Strengths- 1. Despite the inclusion of two archetypes the deck has high synergy. 2. Highly controlling of the game state. 3. Can side deck more support for either theme. 4. Generates card advantage when chaining.
Weaknesses- 1. Opening hands will on occasion be wrong support for monsters present. 2. Royal Oppression can kill the deck. 3. Trap negation locks down half of the decks control.
This is just a first try I'll fix it up as you all give input.

Anata wa watashi ga zutto mae ni "sayounara" to yutta hito wo omoidasaseru. Perhaps, while this does not directly help the format, supply decklists for newer players who might be wary about dropping hundreds of dollars on a hobby.
As for the formatting, I see no problems with it.
You remind me of someone I said goodbye to a long time ago.

Maybe an estimated cost of the total deck so people know if it's in their price range.

Personally, I think the format is rather... out-of-order.
I think it should be like this:
Name of deck:
Deck size:
Number of Monsters in deck:
Monster List
Number of Spells in deck:
Spell List
Number of Traps in deck:
Trap List
Number of cards in Extra Deck:
Extra Deck List
Number of Cards in Side Deck
Side Deck List
Deck Strategy
Other info about the deck
---
This way, I can see the deck first and it's not bogged by a wall of text that I probably wouldn't care reading before the decklist, especially seeing as having the decklist first would allow the Deck Strategy to make more sense to the reader.
As for pricing information for the deck... don't. It's too much information for an amateur and already known information for a pro.
Finally, I think adding a "Level of Difficulty" category would be a good idea. Meaning, how simple is it to pick up and play? Not how good the deck is, mind you, but just saying. Something like Dark World would be harder to play than something like, say... Vanilla Beatdown.

Pricing is up for consideration, as even if people know prices sometimes it's nice to just have it right in front of you. There will be a tier list.

How about expanding the Side Deck part a little to include when to side in these cards and what to take out for them.
For example
Dark Armed Dragon >>> Cyber Dragon [Stall, Gladiator Beast, Hero]
These are just random cards and decks to give a basic idea.
