1. I will not make a thread for all of the Anime characters. You must make the one for your specific character.

2. The character MUST be from the Anime/Manga.

3. You must tell the TRUTH about your character. You can't say someone can do everything just so that you can say "It isn't Godmodding, it's what the character does!"
