    Sometime last year my laptop got a virus and I lost a lot of items saved on it, which included all of my music. (Most of which had been on my desktop too, but a good portion of the music that I'd recently downloaded/bought was only saved on the laptop and was lost.) Well, since then, I haven't updated my ipod, because it had all of the music I lost on it that I was unwilling to lose those songs in order to put new music on it. Well, today I'm finally getting around to downloading the music I lost onto my desktop so I can wipe clean my iPod and then just put some new as well as the old music back on it. All of my foreign music is a b***h to find again though.

    discuss;
    itunes, ipods
    zunes, mp3 players
    totally legal downloads
    itunes being a b***h

I buy cds.
I feel actually having a physical copy of it(burning mp3s onto disks aside) makes me feel more accomplished as a music aficionado.

    I'd love to buy my CDs it's just I'd rather not spend more on the shipping and handling than the CD itself.

I've said ******** it to a lot of foreign bands I listened to, especially from Asia and Japan.

Those would the only ones I'd buy digitally or download.

    I still listen to some of my JROCK bands, but more recently I've really been listening to European music.
