Guild Rules:

• Follow Gaia TOS
• No godmoding
• No Chat Speak
• Respect all members of the guild, not just the owner.
• Do not talk in ooc in an RP subforum ( I like this rule, but you might not)
• Teachers, Prefects, and Head boy and girl will all be put on the guilds crew list. The Prefects and Head boy&girl will be picked by the teachers, vice captain, and I. Teachers are open grabs, first come first serve.
•Send all Profiles to me. The title is to be your characters initials. [please use real people as pictures. No anime and I'd like it if your didn't use your self. Safety reasons. Celeb's are find to use. ]
•Once accepted post Profiles in your House Forum under the thread marked PROFILES.
•MUST BE ACTIVE!If your not going to be then do not join. I will not stand for in activeness. You get two warnings[on this rule] before you are banned.
• More rules will be added as needed.

Hogwarts Rules:[these are meant to be broken]

• Going into the Forbidden forest is strictly forbidden. There is a reason that it is forbidden in the first place. The only exception is if their is if there is a care of magical creatures class going on inside there.
• First year students are NOT allowed to have broomsticks.
• There is to be no fighting on school grounds, or in Hogsmead.
• Students are to remain in their common rooms after 10pm.
• Unless you are of 17 years of age Magic is not to be used over the school holidays.
• Taking a flying car to school, instead of the train, is forbidden.
• In order to check out books from the restricted area of the library you must have a signed slip from a teacher.
• First and Second year students are not to visit Hogsmeade. Third years and up need signed permisson slips from their parents and or Gaurdians.
• Don't attack an opponent when his/her back is turned or head is down.
• Never, EVER, use unforgivable curses on anyone.
• Eating food in the library is strictly forbidden.
• Boy's are not allowed in the girls' dormitories. Hence the sliding stairs when boys try to get into their dorms.
• Weasly Wizard Wheezes Joke items are banned from Hogwarts.
• No student is allowed out of bed after hours.

Consequences:

• The first offense is a warning and you are banned from role-playing in the guild for a weeks. •

• The second offense you are banned from role-playing in the guild for a month. You must help out with promoting the guild if you want to shorten your sentence. •

• Third offense you are banned from the guild and your character(s) are 'shipped off to another school'. •

Hogwarts Consequences:[these are meant to be broken]

Below are the possible consequences for your actions. They aren't in any specific order, nor do they go with a certain level of crime.

◘ Detention[depending on the teacher and how bad they see the crime they'll tell you how many days to serve. ]

◘ Suspension from school.

◘ Extra homework from one, a few, or all classes.

◘ Clean up crew for a three weeks[you get to help keep the school and school grounds clean].
