I believe Noblegarden was by far the simplest to get the achievement and name from.
I only got it on two of my toons but there's a bonus for Mages in this festival..
You get a tome to turn people into a Rabbit!
Too bad ever since Lich King came out CC isn't used much anymore.
Alas I'll have to wait till Cataclysm before I can start polymorphing people. heart
The Midsummer festival is awesome for 80's.
Everyday you can kill the event boss and get 2 frost badges and a chance at a 232 cloak.

My favorite is probably the halloween one. Although I hate how everyone exploits it by charging 10g to use their wand on you. I always give them out free, just cause I'm nice. I've actually gotten some really nice tips by doing it, too.
I'm not quite sure what the hardest is. MIdsummer can be difficult because you need to go into the opposite faction's capital cities, and that can be a huge pain. Not to mention you have to run all over the map to desicrate all the fires. It's still fun, though

I figured out with the Midfestival, by doing the Horde and Allience fires you can make easily 600g.
This is now my favorite world event, make oodles of money.

Going for achievements, I would say the Summer Festival. Just so much travel. But its fun to watch the other faction try and steal the flame in your major cities.
