If you're frustrated by not being able to find a missing object, give this a try. Maybe it will work for you; it definitely did for me.
1) Hold out your hand, and visualize the lost object as if it were sitting right in your palm. Concentrate hard and imagine, in as much detail as you can, exactly how the missing item looks and feels in your hand. Visualize it to the point where it almost feels like it's really there.
2) Now say:
"Object*, object, appear to me,
object, object, I need thee."
Repeat as many times as you like, before and/or during the search.
3) Search around for it. Sometimes it helps me to imagine a green, good luck aura radiating out from my hand while I'm looking.
I've tried this twice, first on a wallet and second on a bracelet, and it's worked very well both times. When I was looking for the wallet, I had been searching for it for well over an hour before I decided to try using magic to find it. After using this spell, I found it in around five minutes! And I found the wallet in a place I had already looked but hadn't seen it (buried in a big laundry basket, of all places). A few days later, when I couldn't find my bracelet, I tried this out again and found it in just a couple of minutes.
I made this chant up myself, although I've seen others similar to it, they didn't work for me. I think it really depends on the specific wording and visualizing. So if you decide to try this, please let me know how it works for you. Good luck, I hope it helps.
*Oh and don't forget to substitute the word 'object' for what ever the actual name is of what you are looking for. wink

You (sort of) created it your self, and it worked. That's actually pretty awesome. Anyway, I should try it out next time I lost something.

Yeah, I'm glad making up my own chant worked well for this, especially since I pretty much just made it up on the spot. Others were either too complicated and would take too long, were simple but didn't work, or required the user to invoke a deity, which I didn't feel like doing for something rather mundane.

Others were either too complicated and would take too long, were simple but didn't work, or required the user to invoke a deity, which I didn't feel like doing for something rather mundane. It's really simple. You don't need all kinds of objects for it.
