When a WinKawaks tournament is hosted by the guild's staff, the following rules shall be followed.

(For help with WinKawaks click here.)

Quote:
Pairing Up:The opposing parties will be picked at random (paper slips and a hat most likely) by the staff.

Staff Onlooker: A member of the staff should be in the same room to witness the battle between the two participants. There will be no spectating by any other member other than the Staff onlooker, the lag will increase with each extra person watching the fight. (This only applies to tournament games... well, all of these rules do, but yea... if it's not a tournament fight, feel free to watch players play with each other....... >___>)

Amount of rounds per game: The participants themselves can choose to either have a single match (two to three rounds) or "best out of three" (two to three matches; four to nine rounds). This, of course, will be decided before the actual match(es) begin(s).

When and where: A date, time and server (best suited for each player) will be chosen for every individual game.

Disqualifications: Failure to attend your game on time (we will be a little lenient, but yea, try not to be too late) will result in a disqualification, and the opposing party would move on.

Prizes: When playing for a prize (gold, items, etc), there will likely be an entry fee (gold), this will differ from tournament to tournament. (Those who quit or are disqualified while the tournament is taking place will not have their gold returned, if you aren't sure if you'll be able to participate in the tournament or not, do not enter. If something comes up after you've signed up and you won't be able to play, contact a staff member before the tournament starts.)

Hosting a tournament yourself: Feel free to host your own tournament with your own rules, prizes, etc. Just make sure to contact either Sushi or bloo (via PM) with your rules and any other info in order to get approval and recognition.
