Rend sighed. Sometimes, being stupid was hard. But it was worth it. It meant nobody could attack her, because nobody could really see her. And it meant those who tried had a nasty suprise, because Rend was a vicious, cunning enemy. She was after all, half pirate. But today wasn't about any of that, not enemies, or pretending to be stupid. No, today she was going to visit Doodle. Rend liked Doodle alot. Sure...Doodle didn't know yet that she held up a facade, but all the same, Doodle was cool. She was smart, and slightly stand-offish. All in all, if Rend was thinking along the lines of her friends, Doodle would be top priority. In fact....Doodle would probably be her only priority.
It wasn't as if she was a recluse.
She just spent alot of time playing chess by herself. Or reading in secluded spots. Solitary activities. But today, she was going on a visit. Spying Doodle in the window, Rend knocked on the door to the unknown building, shifting anxiously from paw to paw.
