Chakra Nature Limits
- If you have a advanced chakra nature kekkei genkai that counts as your third nature type and cannot gain another one.
Explanation of Ranks
E-rank
- Learned by Academy Students. Are the basic and most fundamental jutsu for all ninja.
D-rank
- Genin level techniques. Can be achieved by all Genin, though many ninja only learn their "type" of technique.
C-rank
- Chūnin level techniques. Sometimes learned by Genin who have trained extensively. [Chunnin Level or higher must teach Genin!!!]
B-rank
- Jōnin level techniques. Require high levels of chakra to use.
A-rank
- Kage or Jōnin level techniques. Require great control over one's chakra and may be forbidden.
S-rank
- Secret, extreme level techniques. Are typically unique to a single user (Kage)

Nature Affinity:
This affinity makes it easier to learn how to create and control the nature in question, although even with an affinity this process will usually take any number of years. Shinobi are not limited to the nature they have an affinity to, though. By the time they reach the rank of Jōnin, most shinobi have mastered two natures. However, because of the difficulty of mastering a nature and the time required to learn it, it is almost impossible to master all five natures in a normal way

Upon Character Creation
Because of the problem with Genin having like 30 Jutsu I have created a limit for each rank that must be followed no matter what. [below]
Genin <--- Everyone must start here unless told other wise
- Gain 1 Jutsu of C rank and under + Basics Given
To auto gain a rank higher than Genin to start off in the Guild PM the Kage of your village with a Role Playing Sample and your reason why you would like to be placed at the Rank you are asking for.
Chuunin
- Auto Gain 5 Jutsu of B and Under + Basics Given
Jounin
- Auto Gain any 10 Jutsu + Basics Given
ANBU
- Auto Gain any 15 Jutsu + Basics Given
Kage
- Auto Gain any 25 Jutsu + Basics Given
Upon Rank Up
Student ---> Genin
2 D - Ranked: Ninjutsu
2 D - Ranked: Genjutsu
1 D - Ranked: Taijutsu
1 D - Ranked: Element Jutsu [Any Kind]
1 C - Ranked: Element Jutsu [Any Kind]
Genin ---> Chunin
2 C - Ranked: Ninjutsu
1 C - Ranked: Genjutsu
2 C - Ranked: Taijutsu
Chunin ---> Jonin
1. May have Two Change in Chakra Nature.
2. Four A-rank and Under Jutsu.
Jonin ---> Ambu: [Must have the KAge's Approval.]
1. 2 A-Rank and Under Jutsu.
2. 1 S-Rank and Under Jutsu.
Limits to Kages:
1. Kages can only Have 3 Change in Chakra Natures.
2. May Not Have more than 5-8 Powerful Jutsu
3. Once Profile is Approved, Must have Guild Captains Approval to Update
4. May Not Assume you Can Have or Counter Every Jutsu, Even Kages Get their Asses Kicked!!!
5. 2 S-Rank Or Under Jutsu.
