Well, what I meant by asking what gender would be a female Time Lords TARDIS, I meant it in the way that they would refer to them, I doubt TARDISes have literal genders.

No matter the sex of the person piloting it, a ship is always referred to as she.
and i looked up type 103 (cause I'm just that kind of nerd) and even though it's all pretty much non canon, it says they're all female. So that answers that question.
