THIS WAS A LONG TIME IN THE MAKING, AND IS LIKELY A LONG WAY FROM BEING COMPLETE. But it's a journal of all my pets, it'll also be where I log my RP's, relationships, plots, all those things related to journals.

Pulling the ancient notebook off the shelf is no small task, as the tome seems to weigh about the same as the entire bookshelf it's placed on, books included. After lifting it off the shelf without breaking your arms and setting it down on the table, you blow what little dust could accumulate on the cover off and into the air. Under the coat is simple leather, with no title or other marks of identification.
Though the book is doubtless ancient, it flips open with surprising ease, the pages new and pliant, the spine fresh and undamaged. Which is strange, because each page is absolutely filled with writing and diagrams, images and drawings of sights seen on a journey, one that spanned one life, two lives, maybe three lives. In it is the recounting of an adventure taken by a man, the people he met, the things he saw, and the experiences he had. It was a lifetime in the making, and it's probably going to be a lifetime in reading, but that's not such a bad thing. Who knows what could be gleaned from it?
