You mean Involintary Astral Projection right? Either way I've never had an experiance or dream like that. I hardly dream at all when I sleep anyways... good thing I guess because it'd most likely be that reoccuring nightmare I've had since I was about 3 years old. That Mummy Phantom = more scary than the world losing all Music. gonk

I've had dreams like that.. I think.
Have you ever looked back on a memory and seen it in third person and you start to see and notice things that you didn't notice at the time?

I've had quite many. I can levitate. My best logic to get into lucid dreams is "Because this is real life, I can levitate." Doesn't make much sense, but it works. It's great for when my enemy has covered the ground with glass, and I don't have shoes. And even when it's not a lucid dream, I can feel my ideas changing the dream. In zombie nightmares, I always try to get the mindless drowsy kind. smile

P: Don't be sorry, at least you're being honest. I'd have to agree. Those dreams _can_ be depressing after one wakes up. I find myself wishing more and more that I could just never wake up if it meant lucid dreaming forever. Dreams are so much better than reality.
