"I'll see you tomorrow, Ino," came a young man's voice, as he turned to walk out of the Yamanaka shop. The young girl, Ino, nodded back to him and waved him off.

"Right! 7 o clock sharp, alright, Toushio?" Ino replied, which was answered with a nod before he walked out. Toushio stuffed his hands into his pockets and sighed softly to himself. He had been doing this for a while now. Walking to the shop every morning to drop off flowers. It was his job, from a week ago. It was an easy job to him. But he dared not to speak about it. This secret was safe with Ino and Ino alone.

"What was that about, Toushio?"

With a wince, said boy stopped in his tracks and turned his head, only to find a girl of pink.

"Uh, Hey, Hina," Toushio said, nervously. Which was out of the ordinary for him. And Hina quickly caught onto it. Toushio cleared his voice as he continued, "What was 'what' about?"

"Are you and Ino going out, or something?" Hina said, with a pout. The boy shook his head.

"You know my heart belongs to you," he said with an alluring smirk, taking Hina's chin into his hand. The pink kunoichi gently swatted his hand away with a grin.

"We are just friends rememberrr?" Hina said with a giggle, nudging his arm, "If you like her, go for it!"

"But I don't," Toushio said, now the one pouting this time. Hina shook her head, giggling at Toushio. Even after all they've been through he's been persistant to go out with Hina. But, giving this friendship thing a try was ok with him as well.

"Oh really?"

"I don't," Toushio said more firmly. Hina shook her head again.

"Then why are you setting up some kind of get to together with her 'tomorrow are 7 o clock sharp', huh?" Hina pestered, all up in his face, "Please please tell me, I wanna knooow!"

Toushio poked Hina's forehead, pushing her back a bit, so she wasn't invading his space. In response the girl let out a soft whimper and rubbed her forehead. Toushio then took in a breath and began walking again, "No reason,"

"You lie," the pink kunoichi said, hurrying beside him to catch up, "Tell meee,"

"Don't you have a mission with your team today?"

Hina smiled, "No, but me and Zel are going to go shopping--"

"Then shouldn't you be with her?"

"--Later this afternoon," she finished, "Aw come on, you can tell me anything, thats what friends do, so what's the deal?"

Toushio kept walking and was running out of things to say, when finally he sighed out, "Alright,"

Hina grinned brighter, then grabbed his arm and walked over to a park bench and sat him down. Sitting beside him, she started, "Soooo?"

"Promise not to laugh,"

"Oh come on--"

"Promise," He said, more firmly. Hina's smile turned into a pout, before rolling her eyes. Then she smiled again and nodded, crossing her heart and holding her other hand up.

"I promise on my pink hair,"

"Is that your natural hair color?"

"Oh, shut up and tell me!" Hina exclaimed. Toushio knew she was not one for paitence, so he finally spoke up.

"Every morning at 7 o clock, I go to the Yamanaka flower shop..."

Hina inched closer, "Uh-huuuuh?"

"And I drop off flowers," Toushio braced himself, closing his eyes and mumbling, "That I grow at home, in my garden,"

"That's it?" Hina said, her voice sounding disappointed. Toushio raised an eyebrow, looking back at her and nodding a bit.

"Don't you find it embrassing for a MAN to garden?"

"Why should I?" Hina giggled, "I think thats really cool!"

"You lie,"

"Nope, infact," she said, placing her hand on Toushio's cheek, "I like a guy with who's in touch with their feminen and sensitive side,"

"You're into that kinda thing?" Toushio said resisting to blush from her thumb stroking his cheek gently. Hina giggled, taking her hand off and putting her hands into her pockets.

"Well, you're into tomboy's, aren't you?" Hina teased, sticking her tounge out. Toushio rolled his eyes and shoved Hina's shoulder a bit, with a monotone 'Ha-Ha, very funny'.

The two of them then took a moment to gaze up at the sky, sitting together on the park bench. Toushio was relieved at best. Maybe hiding his hobby for gardening and flowers wasnt so embarassing after all. He let out a soft sigh, then turned his head to face Hina.

"Hey," he said, with a light chuckle, "Do you know why I give you orange roses?"

Hina looked back at him and replied, "Isn't it because you think we're both 'beautiful and unique',"

"That," Toushio said, before looking back at the sky, "And that orange roses have come to be regarded as the symbol for desire, enthusiasm and passion,"

Such a definition made Hina blush as she, more quietly, said, "Really?"

With a nod, he continued, "Orange is between Red and Yellow. Yellow roses have been given as a sign of friendship and red roses as a sign of love. Orange is like..."

Toushio paused, to face Hina. Taking her hands in his and leaning close to her face, "...A sign of emerging romantic feelings and the desire to move a relationship beyond the stage of friendship..."

Hina felt her face redden with blush. Then slowly, he began to move closer to the pink kunoichi's lips, closing his eyes. All of a sudden, she bursted out into laughter, causing the boy to release her hands and stumble back. OFF the bench!

"You're such a flower nerd!" Hina giggled. Toushio sat up, on the ground and frowned.

"Woe is me,"
