As stated in the judging area of the first post, the captains and vice captains decide who wins. But, I reconsidered this and let us only have a top *enter certain number here* so that the people in the community could vote. If we have all our people with their banners in the running, the votes would most likely be very stretched and could have possibly resulted in more ties (which we definately don't need). The judges decided the top 6 from the most preferable as the guild banner in the judging.

It's in the other section because it's too big to be put in the guild main banner box. 3nodding
