What happened to Joe and Demi did the break up or what

Yes they did break up I'm kind of happy about the break up because I just can't see them as a couple Plus, Joe is mine XD It was confirmed by Demi on May 25th to be precise

i never like seeing people break up.
but... i am glad that Joe's single now ninja
and i am even more glad that Joe and Demi are still Best Friends.
i read it somewhere, and it was said by Dem herself.

JOE Broke up with Demi because i quote HIM
"i just felt like i care more about our friendship"
or something like that. JOE doesn't feel like they're supposed to be dating.
HE just wants them to be Best Friends, HE said "I knew that when i first met Demi, That we'd be friends for a long time. I don't want to lose that"
and i know they were cute together no matter how much it pains me to say that but just because someone is cute together doesn't mean they're meant to be dating.
i think and hope that JOE and Demi will be Best Friends for a very long time.
