So, I think I might have posted here how annoyed I am when people bug me about my weight. Well I saw a cardiologist for my mumur and some other symptoms. Haven't had the ultrasound yet so the mumur could be some minor deformity of a valve, but, the CARDIOLOGIST said all the other "symptoms" are basically a result of me being RIDICULOUSLY healthy. He said, that I am so healthy, that my heart is easily influenced. That's why my rythm is affected by my breathing and I get palpitations when I drink caffein. I also have a pretty low blood pressure and heart rate. Which he said was really good. Although as I explained the low blood pressure to my mom, it was getting refused from blood donation all over again. I got the feeling she wanted to force feed me red meat.
Damn it woman, a frikin heart specialist says I am really healthy. WHAT THE HELL ELSE DO YOU WANT FROM ME!

Crazy Cat Reincarnated Cowgirl-with-heart ooohhh congratulations on the health biggrin haha, thanks, next up is the cholesterol test though. And I do love my salt xd Salt is a good thing sometimes. I have a goiter on my thyroid that is usually caused by lack of Iodine in my diet. So because I hardly ate salt growing up I didnt get enough Iodine and I have a golf ball size knot on my neck.

Most people eat something like 3-4 times the limit. And Canada is apparently the worst. America might be bad when it comes to meal sizes and fat, but Canada rated the worst on salt. Our McDonalds even have like double the salt than American McDonalds. Apperently us Canucks luv us some salt! I'm hoping that I'm active enough to get away with my love of salt. Lately I try to cut back by reading the ingredients and analysis and staying away from added salt. But I'm the worst when it comes to pouring on fresh salt to things like fries and chicken.

It does suck. Thyroid problems run in my family so the Goiter *which can appear when you have hypothyroidism* means I will have thyroid problems before I even hit 25 *22 right now*. If you want to cut down salt use Sea Salt. It is healthier for you then the normal table salt.

That's awesome! Grats on your great bill of health!
My boyfriend's father recently went in to get some cancer removed, it was a in/out type of procedure, so he was supposed to be able to go home right after. They were checking him out and he was about to get up and leave, when he just randomly passed out. Rushed him to the emergency room to find out what was wrong. Turns out, he passed out because he's too healthy. Apparently he had a bad reaction to the medicine they gave him because he eats well and works out every day. Normally men his age are ridiculously out of shape and it takes a stronger dose to keep them knocked out or whatever. I thought that was hilarious.
