It was their way of providing a safety net if the human race ever became endangered, and the public couldn’t find any reason to object on the matter. Human Gene Transfusion was a technique founded by Harold J. Woods in the early 2000’s due to an experiment gone wrong. The famous scientist was assumed retired, no one suspected him of any secrete experiments until a mutant type being was found roaming an alley way in the city of New York. With some blood tests from the deformed human corpse, the CIA concluded that the once human was in fact Dr. J. Woods. Confiscating the information, paper and computer files, from the bachelor’s residence, the head of CIA, Michael Sloan, ordered for further research on the subject. After years of extra research, going behind the rest of the governments back, the small group of officials created the organization HGT.
A new age type of tall skyscraper was built in the middle of New York to provide the scientist a top of the art work area, and offices for the multiple CIA members in charge of the entire Organization. It was only a few months on, that Director Sloan decided that the experiment required more effort and time from the workers already devoted to the operation. With the billions he owned and had been given by the U.S government to sponsor the Organization, Sloan bought acres of the surrounding area and bulldozed the pervious buildings to rebuild them in the futuristic style that matched the main building. These buildings housed all of the workers and some of the public that paid the thousands of dollars to live in some of the top dollar apartments.
A year past, the experiment was moving along smoothly when stage two was set to begin. It was one of the most anticipated and risky stages in their goal. Somewhere in the middle of Montana surrounded by green lush forest was a private boarding school for both boys and girls aged from six and eighteen. Replacing teachers with trained CIA agents and scientists, the children were given the green, liquid injection, an enhanced one of what Dr. J. Woods used, and were experimented on just like the animals and adult humans back at HQ. They reacted differently then any other test subjects, giving the scientists new insight on what the future could hold for them.
The children showed signs of enhanced human senses and abilities, along with abilities they never dreamed possible. Eight year olds picked up tables and threw them ten feet across the room with their minds. 15 year olds set fire to the school campus just with their hands. Others were taking control over multiple other elements. It only took the CIA as little as weeks to realize what they really had at their disposal.
In the years following, still undiscovered by the other government members, they trained each and every student how to control their powers and how to fight. With new students, they injected the same serum as they did to the very first students. Many of the students went years without seeing their families, only the ones able to control their power were given the permission to go. Over the years it was found that as a side effect, the test subject would loose all previous memory. Once finished their education they were sent to HQ to continue training, experimentation and an occupation as one of the U.S government’s strongest weapons.

The only places remaining safe were the HGT areas, which by now had turned into full cities all around America. Still, only the wealthy could afford to live in the safe environment behind the thick concrete walls, and any humans outside the walls were stuck in less than alright conditions. Buildings stood with no roofs, rubble and decaying bodies plagued the streets, and the violence. Riots between American verses American happened almost constantly, for food was a rare substance outside the HGT walls.
What was also noted in 2012 to be historic was the appearance of the genetically enhanced children. Many of the children stayed behind the safe brick walls of the Montana school campus forced to be trained into killers, but some had hated the life there and ran away. They were, and still are, chased constantly around the world by their own kind already recruited and loyal to the CIA. Even with their tails always being chased, the escapees fight back. Others were seen fighting the out of control citizens, fighting against HGT cities and small governments that consisted inside each one. Some were also sent to other countries of the world to help out with the allying countries.

Areas
New York City Ruins:
New York was considered the city where anything could happen. In the year 2012, a lot of people could agree with that same statement, however, nobody imagined it as a good thing. The city of New York now stands as a reminder, of what man kind is capable of. World War III had taken it's toll on this world renowned city, leaving it in ruins, with rarely any souls in site.The debris covered the city like a blanket, making it hard to find a safe place to sleep at night, also making it difficult for the many situations the escaped Project's find themselfs in.
The city is gloomy, and almost constantly has a layer of dust, just proving how deserted the area has become. There are many half standing buildings, walls still standing on their own and the rubbish that surrounds the city is a depressing site the world had created because of reasons unknown.
This particular city curves around the outskirts of the HGT HQ large walls, blocking out the chaos of the world that the residence's faced on their own once the war had started.
Montana Boarding School:
The Montana Boarding school is a high class, expensive school. Some students getting in on scholarships, others from family relations, but, overall, this school was sought after by many parents, wishing their children recieved the best education there is. However, behind both the students and adults back, HGT slowly transformed the school into an Academy to train future agents and also begin the experiments and tests on the students who attended.
The school has a large campus with multiple buildings surrounded by the Montana Forest and the same large walls surrounding the HGT areas. The school's secrete is hidden behind an enchanting main building and the already trained HGT Agents heading the school, and also teaching the children their education. The other teachers that teach the children their combat and deffensive classes, stay behind the sences. The school teaches from Pre School all the way to High School.
The HGT areas of the school are guarded and off limits to students. Students are well behaved, knowing the consequences if they disobey the rules.
HGT - HQ:
These areas are named after the experiment of Human Gene Transfusion. The multiple cities across America are hitech and are surrounded by large, thick walls blocking out the war. These areas also offer homes and appartments to the rich citizens of the cities they were replacing. The tallest buildings of the city belong to HGT, where experiments and tests are still performed on the genatically inhanced HGT Agents that live in their designated city.
Below the city, underground, is a much larger area, where most sceintests live day by day working on new ways to inhance the serum to create stronger projects. This area is strickly off limits and is untouchable with the exception of the Director of HGT and his Vice President.
None of the citizens of HGT HQ are aloud to leave the area, not that they ever have to. They recieve food, clean water and other luxurys available to them. These cities are large and almost impossible to penetrat.

2. Literacy is a must. I don’t know how much I have to stress this. It’s annoying to see two pathetic lines for a post.
3. Powers will evolve, so don’t go and make an invincible character straight off the hat.
